Poor Product Quality, customer service nonexistant.

After taking 60 mg for 5 days I had an severe reaction. Unable to move feeling paralyzed and unable to remove undesolved portion. It took 5 days for anyone to return texts, including a nurse. Having at least 14 60mg torches left I was assured no product would be sent until supplies were low. They shipped and charged me anyways.

My experience with Joyous has been life altering. I’m now entering my second month, and my anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD symptoms are much better. The heavy weight I used to feel isn’t there anymore. The app is really great, and the support from other users is helpful. If you have questions or issues, the team responds quickly. They track your progress closely, which is nice. I strongly suggest you give them a try. Just remember to be patient, as with anything else, and be open with them. Your body needs time to adapt. It takes effort from everyone involved. No medication will fix everything; this is meant to assist you. Keep a journal and communicate honestly with them.

Low-dose ketamine is the only one that did not cause any bad side effects for me. My anxiety also decreased a lot, which has been a nice bonus. Their patient portal offers many useful resources. I've stopped my prescription because I'm optimistic that my brain's new, healthier patterns will stay strong now. If I feel like I need a boost at some point, I will not hesitate to join Joyous again.

Superb service Joyous has been an truly superb service, I've had no problems at all. Ketamine has been transformative. Joyous is easy to talk to and get advice on taking my medication. I'm very grateful for the team at Joyous, this really is the future of medicine.

Dangerously Unprofessional

I found it very, very hard to deal with Joyous as a company. They cancelled appointments with my provider, then told me that because I was ONE MINUTE late to the rescheduled appointment, my provider left. At another time, my provider failed to show up for my appointment at all. So, yes, I saw some improvement in my anxiety symptoms (though not in my depression symptoms) but the company made it nearly impossible for me to continue taking it! And after all of the screw-ups with my appointments, I started to lose confidence in Joyous. They are dispensing a very potent, potentially dangerous substance and they just don’t seem to take that seriously. If you can’t wait 1 minute for a patient to get to her appointments, you might just be an online pill mill. I would look elsewhere (Mindbloom) for ketamine therapy. Joyous is too scattershot, inconsistent and unprofessional.

Go elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Trying to cancel, they billed me wthout even receiving medication. Will not respond to texts or emails. It's a big scam. Zoom meetings are a joke. Have to dispute with credit card company now. A huge waste of time and money.

The care was terrible and you will never see the same person more than once, I’m guessing the providers quit often! The medication will either never arrive or arrive completely melted and leaking through the packaging. They will send you random messages on mistake and also eject you on mistake multiple times. They will never apologize or make up these mistakes either! Absolutely horrible! Do NOT waste your money, go to mind bloom., much better and reliable company, than the joke Joyous is!

The regular surveys and occasional check-in texts when I had a tough week were appreciated, and I felt comfortable reaching out with any questions or worries. My experience with the product was positive, and I have suggested it to a few others. They recommend staying on the treatment for no more than a year. It is CRUCIAL to set aside time to meditate and feel the effects after dosing. I noticed more benefits when I was mindful and took extra time for meditations rather than just rushing for short-term relief.

This company is a joke and run with AI

You’re going to get multiple text messages a day and fill out these little surveys and then you’re gonna get a text message saying you’re having side effects when you specifically noted that you weren’t having side effects and then they’re gonna lower your dose and then then they’re gonna raise your dose and then they’re gonna lower it and then they’re gonna raise it a lot and then they’re gonna lower it all because, their system is run by a computer and not a person and his so messed up. I finally found something that’s working for me but unfortunately, the company sucks.

Disappointing

Was excited to try this. Spoke to a real doctor. Started a low dose. AI system kept changing the dose. Daily surveys, which was fine. Then, a requirement to have psychiatrist fill out forms for you and submit them to the site in order to continue treatment with Joyous. Not everyone has a psychiatrist. Was unable to refill and no one would work with me. The medication was an improvement but the site has a few people who hide behind the AI program and random text messages giving you instructions. There is very little human involvement or interaction and it is nearly impossible to reach somebody. There is no phone number. They do not respond to emails. They're only communication is via generic text messages and then periodic video chats.

Finding a quiet spot to sit or lie down without interruptions was key for me. Also, it's best to schedule the session when you won't be driving or operating machinery for a few hours. Regarding reaching out to Joyous with questions; they have been very easy to get in touch with. They replied quickly to my texts. Even if I texted on the weekend, they got back to me as soon as possible on Monday. I have and will suggest them to others.

SCAM- Do NOT give these people your money

I was on this "treatment" for about 5 months, the company charged me $129 for my last prescription, then i canceled my subscription. They did not send me the last shipment, which they charged me for, and refused to offer a refund and gave me a bunch of BS about how the charge is not only for the medication, but for the "daily check ins", which amount to automated texts that ask how you're doing every day. I couldn't give a rat's ass about their very automated "check-ins", the whole point of this service was to receive medication. So I was charged $129 and received NO product, and they aren't offering a refund. This company is a SCAM, impossible to talk to a real human, and horrific customer service. I am now working with my credit card company to file a complaint against them, but I am warning anyone--- Do NOT do business with Joyous, they are a terrible company, and they will try to rip you off. Horrible.

They will not answer a phone and all communication is through text, which is obviously run by AI. Have a problem? Good luck, send multiple texts only to receive a text of complete nonsense. I am now trying to get a refund and they refuse to communicate. Stay away these people are awful!!!

Don't trust this company. They're basically legal drug dealers. They will continue charging you even after you've canceled. I hope they get shut down soon.

Beware

I started on this with Joyous for chronic depression about a year ago. You do no speak to doctors or even licensed therapists. In 1 year I had three zoom meetings. They never gave any warnings or pointers with talking this med and now I have liver failure which is a very high chance with taking it, I found that out after the fact. Please be careful with these online businesses. They are all get rich and who cares about the people they are affecting. They will only text and not speak on the phone. You can’t reach an office and even after I texted them twice saying this caused liver failure (which is a legit side affect) the only response I got was we cancelled your membership. I’ll be talking to a lawyer soon.

Run like hell! Great ketamine medication but thats if you get it? They charge your credit card even after you quit and havent received meds. There IS NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN. A ROBOT TEXTS YOU YOUR RECOMMENDED DOSE DAILY. IF YOU HZVE A MEDICAL OR EDICATION QUESTION YOUR SCREWED. JOIN AND YOU WILL BE FOREVER PISSED OFF. How does joyous have a doctor prescribe a medication you desperately need then say you need an appointment follow up but you have to make appointment on the portal that will not allow you to make one! There is no way to make the appointment or it states" providers are all filled up with appointments. So now you dont get a refill ( if you havent quit already) and many people post on joyous webite they havent had any medication for over a week.if you want to be pissed all the time join Joyous
