This med'cation was truly life changing! I neva' thought that a med'cation could completely change my thoughts/react/patterns n' do so so fast. I have learned via this med'cation how to feel my feelings, look at situ's thru a diff'rent lens n' have so much compassion for myself. I look at life so diff'rently. I'm no longer anxious n' do not stress about the things I used to. Joyous has been an excellent provider.

They will only communicate via text message. I was not able to get service because of misinformation back and forth. I gave up on their services. Their responses via text are also canned responses and they do not reply with very much input. I found it impossible to communicate with this company. They do not a phone option at all and feels like I am talking to a BOT in text.

After taking 60 mg for 5 days I had an severe reaction. Unable to move feeling paralyzed and unable to remove undesolved portion. It took 5 days for anyone to return texts, including a nurse. Having at least 14 60mg torches left I was assured no product would be sent until supplies were low. They shipped and charged me anyways.

I enjoy this service. I struggle with big sadness and nerves and feel awesome after using Joyous for a bit. If you're calm and do what the doc says, it might help you like it helped me. I think the slow steps were important... taking it slow really helped. Meditation was a big deal for me and helped a lot.

This company's been great! They're really professional and quick to respond. I've been on the program a while now, and they've always been there when I've needed them. I trust them and the process. It's worked when nothing else did. Don't be a zombie... try low dose ketamine and live again. -TC

The Joyous team was good. I used their treatment for around 3 months, but it didn't do much for my depression. It felt calming and peaceful, so it might work better for people dealing with anxiety. I suggest giving it a shot anyway. I didn't have any bad reactions, it just wasn't my thing.

I've received no response regarding my appointment, despite sending two emails to the provided email address, both of which bounced back with error messages. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to get in touch with anyone. This experience has been a significant waste of my time.

I wnet from barly being able to get out of bad to now going back to college for my Master's degre! I would recomend Joyus to anyone who has tried other meds and theropies with no success. I will definatly join Joyus again in the futre if my treatment-resistant depression comes back.

My medication always arrived punctually. The medical staff was very professional. Canceling has been straightforward. I believe my mental health has improved, with less anxiety and fewer depressive symptoms. So I'm canceling for now, but I know I can sign up again if necessary.

Go elsewhere. Horrible customer service. Trying to cancel, they billed me wthout even receiving medication. Will not respond to texts or emails. It's a big scam. Zoom meetings are a joke. Have to dispute with credit card company now. A huge waste of time and money.

Three times in a row, the company was unable to get medicine to me before I ran out. If you’re taking a higher dose, that can really hurt your ability to sleep and eat, going to zero. The company offers no reimbursement for not providing medication on time.

Da company really helps with ma depression 'n anxiety. But I gotta say, I found clonopin less addictive, weirdly. It was da most effective treatment for me.

Don't trust this company. They're basically legal drug dealers. They will continue charging you even after you've canceled. I hope they get shut down soon.
