The journal promts were helpful and I liked getting weekly notes from the journaling part. Sadly, I had to stop ketamine because my pain doctor said he would shut off my morphine pump if I didn’t. That was a hard choise to make. I didn’t go very far with it but I really liked what it did for me. Regular depression pills give you fog and make you feel weird, but ketamine was the total opposite. Give it a year and it’ll probly be in every doctor’s office and won’t feel so scary.

This company is a complete and total nuisance

I started the therapy I believe in January was canceled by February by them and now it's the end of May and every month I've been on the phone with my bank trying to dispute the transaction that they keep taking out of my bank account. I strongly recommend that you do not interact with this company nothing but a problem

Horrible customer service

I would have to say that they have the worst customer service. They make it almost impossible to cancel their membership and charge you an extra month prior or after to make the most money off of you. Their business ethics is very questionable and I highly recommend trying another service like mindbloom instead.

I came in feeling uncertain, but now I’m leaving with a clearer understanding of my mind. The medicine and guidance have provided me with some great tools to use going forward. I feel like I can now calm myself with what I’ve learned. I’m planning to stay focused on the present moment as much as possible.

I had cptsd, major depressive disorder

I had cptsd, major depressive disorder, adhd, and insomnia for a long time. Each of these problems has gotten better. The anxiety and constant alertness from cptsd are no longer there, and my adhd is much easier to handle. My depression is less too, and might go away if it wasn’t for some health concerns. Before the program, I barely slept more than 3 hours each night. If I woke up, I could never fall back asleep, sometimes going days without rest. Now, I sleep through the night. If I need to wake up for something, I fall back asleep right away. I also have chronic pain, but the program has made it easier to manage. I still feel a bit depressed but that’s mainly because of health worries coming up. However, Joyous is helping me feel more hopeful and less stressed about it. I’m really glad I have the program to help me with my health issues ahead. Without it, my depression, anxiety, and sleep problems would probably make things worse. Thanks Joyous.

Joyous has been really helpful for my son (19). It usually takes about a week or two to get the dose right, but just be patient, and with some faith, calm and happiness will start to take over the stress, anger, fear, and anxiety.

The Joyous team has been really nice. There have been some small issues as the community has gotten bigger (tech problems) but whenever I’ve contacted them, they’ve gotten back to me in good time. The Joyous Nurses have been great at responding to my daily check-ins and even my text messages. I’m still working through my depression. The ketamine has helped with the guided healing sessions.

Drug dealers

They ship KETAMINE after a 5 minute consultation, my daughter is recovering from Ketamine addiction, and it was ONLY supposed to go to me so I could control it, keep it in a safe and hand out daily but they sent it to another address for her and she ended up in the hospital! Also it is left in a mailbox for anyone to open, and it looks and smells like candy mints - I have young children in the house and they could have easily opened it. This company needs to be investigated by the DEA

I think joyous is a good company, I never had problems with the delivery of my prescriptions, and the care team was always helpful and friendly. I have definitely seen positive results from using the ketamine lozenges, and I am hopeful they will be useful for others down the line. thank you joyous.

The treatment is great and the service is wonderful as well! The doctor is very helpful, and whenever I need to speak with someone, it’s always simple. This is a company I will continue to work with. Just to add, I've been with them for a year now and have had no problems with shipping. I can't understand why some people are taking off stars for things that aren't even in the company's control.

The product does seem to help, but it's not much better than other medications. I call it a product, but Joyous treats it more like a membership. You’re not really considered a patient. In my case, Joyous suddenly told me, “you are being discharged, and your subscription is cancelled immediately.” This felt very careless, especially when I thought the product was starting to work. No problem, though. Since it’s just a membership, I signed up again, and now Joyous is sending me the product. They don’t seem to take the membership seriously. The shipping is often late, sometimes by a week, and the doses vary in strength. It makes me wonder if the product’s quality is consistent. I’m planning to cancel my membership now. If you're struggling, this might help, but I wouldn't rely on it for the long run.
