Cancel link kept looping
I tried to cancel before the second box shipped and the portal link just kept refreshing. Emailed support, got a canned answer, emailed again, finally got a person who canceled it and confirmed no new charge. I can handle returns, but I prefer a single clear path that works the first time. Taste is nice and I did notice less bloat some days, but results were inconsistent. Keep screenshots of your settings so you can point to them if something glitches.
