Nice design, slow claims
Our dining table looks great but came with a small veneer chip on the underside. I lodged a claim with photos and waited longer than I liked for approval. The replacement part fixed it, still, the back and forth could be smoother. Freight to our region also added a chunk to the bill. If you live near a metro, you will probably have a smoother ride than we did.
