Why on earth does my order get cancelled right after the money was taken, even though it was stuck on waiting for payment for days? It still shows "waiting for delivery" both before and after the cancelation. Also, the interface was awful—blank buttons popped up and I ended up refunding by mistake. When I left, it said 3 orders were cancelled and 1 was refunded??? The order number they gave is the one cancelled but still says it's out for delivery.
