Ordered glove wipes, ear wipes, and spray. Everything arrived in good shape and is gentle on our cat's skin. One color was out for a week, and shipping took a day longer than the estimate, but support kept me posted and the products perform.

Great customer service!
Great customer service! My order got delayed because of a strike with Canada Post, and HICC Pet went above and beyond by sending my order again through another courier without any extra cost. They even told me that if my original package showed up, I could keep it! This is really great service! And their products are amazing. I really wish more businesses were like them.

I purchased a set of products for my dog
I purchased a set of products for my dog (West Highland White Terrier) at the HICC PET APAC Brand Experience Center. The salesperson was really kind and helped me by offering a bundle price that included ear relief finger wipes, eye wipes, dental wipes, and skin care spray. He also explained when and how to use each product while I relaxed with a free coffee and cookie at the showroom. I had a great time shopping here.

I recently made an order that got lost during delivery
I recently made an order that got lost during delivery and I never got it. I reached out to customer service, and they sent a replacement through another delivery company. The new package is still on its way. I got in touch with customer service again to ask when it would arrive, and they gave me a delivery date along with a $9.99 refund. I must say, their customer service is really good!
