Warranty approved after a wait
A buckle cracked after a few months and I emailed support with photos. It took a couple of days to hear back, then they offered a repair part under warranty. Shipping the piece to me was free and it fixed the issue. Communication could be faster, but they stood behind the product and encouraged repair over replace, which I respect. The bag itself has held up well aside from that hiccup.
