Bought this fancy light with a hand sensor on October 25th, excited to try it out. But guess what? The hand sensor was a dud right out of the box. Tried opening the battery drawer, but it was jammed shut. Reached out to customer service, thinking they'd help, but they just kept sending useless videos on opening the battery drawer. Seriously? After seven emails, still no solution or replacement. This whole experience has been a headache, and the customer service is a real letdown. Can't even tell if the product is good because it never worked in the first place. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this one.

I was really excited about my new light, but the GlowRight Hand Sensor was a bust right out of the box. I tried everything in the instructions, over and over, but it just wouldn't work. The most frustrating part is dealing with customer service. After 14 emails, including a video showing the issue (which seems pointless for a dead sensor), I still haven't gotten a refund or replacement. It's like talking to a wall. If you've got extra cash and don't mind rolling the dice, go for it. But if you want a company that actually supports their products, I'd look elsewhere.

I bought a light from Glowright, and the whole experience was almost perfect. The light was just what I needed, but when I wanted a different color, things got a bit tricky. Returning it was easy, but I had to cover the shipping costs myself, which seemed odd. I mean, it was just a tiny light in its original box, and sending it back via UPS ground cost me over $20. I kind of expected Glowright to have some deal with shipping companies for better rates or at least help out a bit with exchange shipping. It felt a bit much for a simple color swap. Still, their products are great, just wish the exchange process was smoother.

Disappointed

The light is great! But the GlowRight Hand Sensor was dead on arrival. I followed the instructions carefully, multiple times, to no avail. What’s very disappointing is that I have not been able to get a refund or a replacement from “Customer Service” despite 14 email exchanges (!) including a video of the “problem” (I’m bewildered how a video of a dead sensor could be helpful?) Go for the purchase if you have money to spare, but otherwise do business with a company that stands behind its products.

There are many similar products on the market, especially on Asian shopping sites, but I really suggest you look close and see what you’re actually getting with the Glowright system. It comes as a smart system that works right away. The design is clean and smooth, brightness, color settings and all functions are nicely balanced. The hand sensor works perfect (even comes with an extra CR2405 battery). The packing is also well done with firm foam, an easy instruction card, a short USB-C cable and some screws if you want to fix it for good.

I got these GlowRight lights

I got these GlowRight lights and they seemed pretty cool at first. They worked well for a bit, but then things went downhill. Whenever I charged them, they'd light up just fine. But as soon as I put them back in my dark cupboards, they just stopped working. I even got two of them replaced, but they failed again after a week. Tried to return them, thinking maybe the company would want to figure out the issue, but they weren't interested. Now I'm stuck with three lights that are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Not something I would suggest to anyone, honestly.

I was among those who chose the cheaper option after watching GlowRight ads. Not a good choice! Saving a bit of money and getting next day delivery didn’t pay off. I just got a GlowRight light to compare and I surely won’t get any other brand’s lights now. Great product and the battery lasts way longer than my cheap light.

I looked into many options before choosing the under kitchen cabinet lights and I’m really glad I picked GlowRight. I got 3 pieces of 49cm lights and 1 hand wave sensor. It’s very simple to connect all lights to one sensor and put them under the cabinets. The quality is good. I also liked that they include 3M adhesive strips, which is a nice touch.
