    I’ve had my 2021 Ford

I’ve had my 2021 Ford F250 for search and rescue missions without issues until about two months ago. The AC just quit working properly after the truck warmed up. Took it to North Country Ford, and they said I'd have to pay for them to figure it out, even though I have an extended warranty and only 13K miles on it. They even mentioned another vehicle with the same issue. After some digging online, I found it’s a common problem with Fords. They tried blaming our SAR equipment add-ons, which have been there since day one. Pretty frustrating, especially for volunteers like us. Won't be buying another Ford.

    It’s frustrating!

I’ve got this Ford Puma, only three years old with just 18,000 miles on it, and the gearbox has already given up. It’s barely used! Ford’s saying they won’t replace it since it’s a few months past warranty. I’d get it if I’d driven 50,000 miles or something, but this feels off. And there was just a safety recall, too. Makes you wonder if they’re cutting corners on parts. I’m really worried if this car’s safe for my kids. Tried calling customer service, and they just told me to contact trading standards and the ombudsman. No help at all. Shouldn’t they have a proper complaints process? It’s frustrating!

    Really disappointing experience

I got a brand new Ford Escape Hybrid plug-in 2023, excited to go green and all. But man, three safety recalls already? The latest one even says don’t plug it in. So basically, I paid for a plug-in but now I’m just driving a regular hybrid. And they’re telling me the repair won’t be sorted until the second quarter of 2025. Seriously? This is crazy. I feel like I’ve been totally ripped off. Ford’s customer service hasn’t been helpful at all. Really disappointing experience. I thought I was making a smart choice, but now I’m just stuck with this mess. Never getting a Ford again, that’s for sure.

    I used to think this

I used to think this company was rock solid, but my opinion's really shifted. Their cars are packed with issues, and it seems like they're designed so only Ford can figure out what's wrong. It's super frustrating. And then they have the nerve to say a car's done well if it hits 50-60 thousand miles. That's nothing! German engines easily push past 100 thousand miles without breaking a sweat. It's disappointing, to say the least. That 1.5-star rating you see? Totally deserved. They’ve lost touch with what it means to be reliable and trusted. I'm not sure I'll be sticking around as a customer.

    Disappointing

My wife and I got a 2013 Ford Fiesta 1.6l after her sister passed. It only had 70,000 miles when the transmission failed. The repair cost is more than the car's worth, so we had to scrap it. Turns out, Ford knew about transmission issues in these models. When we called customer service, they said if the car was under ten years, they might have helped. But since it's over ten years, they can't do anything. It's crazy to think a car with just 70,000 miles has to be scrapped due to a known issue. This whole experience with Ford has been disappointing. We definitely won't be buying Ford again.

    I leased a brand new

I leased a brand new $50,000 truck expecting quality, but it’s been a disaster. In the first year alone, I dealt with an exploding transfer case, a broken driveshaft, and countless transmission issues. Sync was out of order for a whole year and there was a recall on the windshield. Now, the remote start fails whenever it gets cold. I get it, times are tough post-Covid, but Ford hasn’t done much to fix these problems. It’s frustrating and disappointing to spend so much on a vehicle and face these ongoing issues without proper support. Feels like I'm stuck in a never-ending cycle of repairs.

    Bought a Ford with high

Bought a Ford with high hopes but man, what a letdown. The 1.0 Ltr 3Cyl engine is a disaster. Whoever designed that thing must have skipped physics class. An oil-soaked pump drive belt? Come on, Ford. Seriously, why not stick with a chain or gear-driven oil pump? The car feels like it was designed by people who have never even driven one. I had a 2008 Mustang GT Premium that was awesome—117,000 miles and never a hiccup. But now? It’s like Ford doesn't care about real drivers anymore. And these electric cars? No thanks. Electric isn’t the future for me. Ford, you need to get back on track!

    Bought a used car from

Bought a used car from Bristol Street Motors Birmingham, a Ford Ecosport, and it’s been a nightmare. The car has done 52k miles but now needs a new engine because of a wet belt issue. They said I can’t drive it, so it’s stuck there while Ford orders a new engine. Ford is covering the cost, which is good, but my car’s out of action for who knows how long. I’ve had to spend loads on rental cars to get around since I’m disabled and need my car. I can't get a loan car because mine’s too old, apparently. Frustrating that my car wasn’t recalled when it should’ve been, and now I’m stuck waiting.

    It's frustrating!

Browsing for a truck online in Hawaii has been quite a ride. Every dealership website seems to follow the same template, and it's driving me nuts. Instead of giving me the info I want about the trucks, they're all about promoting the dealership or the brand. Honestly, I just wanna check out the trucks without getting bombarded by flashy logos and sales pitches. I'm not ready to chat with a salesperson; I just want to look around first. But with these sites, it's like they can't help but shout about themselves. Feels like I'm being pushed away, so I'm thinking of exploring other options.

    I had the worst experience

I had the worst experience with Ford recently. My truck started making this weird noise in the engine, so I took it in. Turns out, it's the Cam Phasers, which were recalled. My truck's under 60,000 miles, but just 4 months past the 5-year mark. Ford refused to help, quoting me $3600 for the repair. Seriously? They should stand by their vehicles, especially for a known issue. This truck’s barely got 50,000 miles and already having these problems? Ridiculous. Ford’s customer service was no help at all, just told me they had no programs for me. Unbelievable. I’m never buying a Ford again.

    I remember when I first

I remember when I first got my Ford, I was so excited. But things went downhill fast. They promised me the world when I bought the car, but those promises didn't stick. I found out later that the car had rust issues, which they conveniently forgot to mention. Imagine my shock when my car started rusting not even a year in. It was disappointing, to say the least. And dealing with the manager was another headache altogether. Despite how much I love driving my Ford, I can't recommend it to anyone. Just too many issues and broken promises. It's a shame, really. My name is Joe Melendez.

Ford really dropped the ball on this one

I bought a 2018 Ford Escape SE from a dealer three years ago when it had 50,000 miles. Now, with just 90,700 miles on it, the engine block is toast because of coolant leaking into the cylinders. Apparently, Ford knew about this problem and never bothered to send out a recall or even a warning. I had faith in Ford to be upfront and reliable. When I reached out, they said they'd only cover the issue up to 87,000 miles. How convenient, right? It seems like they only cover it until then because they know the engines will fail shortly after. Ford really dropped the ball on this one.

    Bought a 2019 Ford Escape

Bought a 2019 Ford Escape last year, thinking it was a solid deal at $20,000. Seemed in great shape, so I was pretty happy. Fast forward a bit, and I'm hit with the news it needs a full engine replacement and a new battery. The cost? Nearly $12,000! It's frustrating for a car that's not even that old. I've had Fords before and they were reliable, never gave me trouble. But this newer model's already falling apart. Makes me really question the quality of this car. It’s disappointing to see such a drop in dependability from a brand I used to trust. Anyone else had similar issues?

    Man, dealing with my Ford

Man, dealing with my Ford Edge has been a real pain. I needed to change the alternator, and the way it's buried in there is just ridiculous. Seriously, who thought making front-wheel drive cars was a good idea? It's like they don't even think about the people who actually have to fix these things. Not everyone can drop $150 an hour for labor, you know? It feels like Ford's design team is more interested in boosting profits for big corporations than making life easier for regular folks like us. It's frustrating and makes me think twice about sticking with Ford in the future.

    My engine needed replacing due

My engine needed replacing due to a recall that Ford had known about for over eight months. It's pretty frustrating that I had to wait nearly a year for a crucial part to be made, especially since it’s a serious safety issue. Now, my engine finally gave out, and I'm stuck covering the extra costs of a rental car since Ford only covers $42 a day while it’s being fixed. I appreciate not having to pay for the new engine, but I don’t think I should be paying anything for something that was their fault. Thankfully, I had CAA because I was out of town when it all went down.

    I took my car to

I took my car to this dealership in Green Cove Springs for a simple warranty repair, thinking it would be a quick fix. It's been 10 days now, and my car is still in pieces. I’ve been calling them every day, stressing that I need the car for my son’s college run, but they keep saying it's not ready. I even asked them to just put it back together, fixed or not, but no luck. I've spoken to managers and service advisors, yet nothing's changed. Every day they say it might be ready tomorrow, but tomorrow never comes. Feeling really stuck and frustrated with their service.

    Bought a 2014 Ford Ranger

Bought a 2014 Ford Ranger thinking it was top-notch, but man, was I wrong. First off, the EGR system? Total fail. Pipes corrode and send coolant into the inlet. Then the halo balancer on the manual model? Comes loose and messes up the gearbox bearing—some of which still had plastic on them. Needed a new gearbox by 190k. Was sold to me with new Japanese bearings but no Indian synchro. This thing's a nightmare. Always had Fords but this one’s a big letdown. Honestly, if you’re thinking of getting a Ranger, beware. Might be better to sell it before the warranty's up.

    Got a Ford work van

Got a Ford work van for the business, thinking it would be reliable. Instead, it's been a nightmare. The DPF-EGR issues just won't stop, and the adblue problems are a drain on both time and money. Local mechanics can't even touch it because Ford locked the ECUs. It's ridiculous they charge hundreds just to diagnose and thousands for a new adblue tank. All this for a van that's only 4 years old. It's frustrating to see so many others going through the same hassle. Feels like another one of those green scams. Definitely won't be getting another Ford van again.

Man, Ford really let me down. Bought a new car and after just six months, the AP module started acting up. Back then, they said it should be fixed under warranty, but the part was on back order. I moved cities and took it to two different places, a total of five times. They kept messing around, claiming they were "updating" it but only made it worse. They refused to replace it even though that was the original recommendation. Now, it's out of warranty, and they finally admit it needs replacing and want me to pay full price! Seriously, Ford? So disappointed!

I have to share my experience with my 2021 Mustang Mach-E, and it's been a real disappointment. The car started showing rust on the doors, and the paint on the roof began to peel. Even the driver's seat leather is cracking already. I mean, I expected way better quality. And don't even get me started on the service. Tried getting these issues fixed, but Ford's customer service just doesn't seem to care at all. Felt like I was talking to a wall. For a car that's supposed to be premium, this whole experience has been anything but. Really regret this purchase.

    Bought a 2023 Bronco Sport

Bought a 2023 Bronco Sport and at first, I was pretty happy with it. But living in a snowy area, I've noticed some issues. Ice tends to gather on the felt in the wheel wells and under the chassis. It builds up to the point where I end up dragging around chunks of ice, which isn't great. I skipped on the optional undercoating when I bought it, and honestly, I don't regret it. After looking into it, seems like undercoatings don’t really help with ice or snow buildup anyway. Maybe using something like Sno-Flo would be a better solution for this problem.

Man, I'm so frustrated with my truck's Sync 3 system after the recent update. It used to remember what I was listening to before I turned off the engine, but now it defaults to some AM radio station full of static. Every single time I start the truck, I have to reset it. I tried contacting Ford for help, but after waiting over an hour on chat, I got nowhere. This issue came right after struggling with another update to fix the black screen of death that showed up every time I started the truck. Seriously, Ford, why can't you get these updates right?

Just got my 2021 Mustang Mach-E and it's already causing headaches. It's done just 40k miles, bought it barely over 3 months ago. Now, the brake assist is stuck and the car won't budge from my driveway. Ford insists it's not a recall issue despite loads of people online having the same problem. The local Ford dealership in Bolton says I need to cough up for the recovery and then another £147 for diagnostics before they'll even tell me how much more I'll have to pay to fix this known issue on their product. Feeling really let down by Ford right now.

I bought a Ford Expedition with a moonroof, and while we were on vacation, the glass just shattered outta nowhere. It was terrifying! The glass fell on my kids, and they were so scared. We hadn't even driven it 3k miles yet. Took it to get checked out, and they said a rock hit it. But I swear, nothing hit the glass! I found out later that Ford is getting sued for this exact issue with their panoramic glass shattering unexpectedly. When we came back about the backup camera not working, the salesperson Txxxx just brushed it off saying, "It's a little foggy." That wasn’t even close to what we meant by malfunctioning. No working phone number, no email, nothing. So, I called Ford's main customer service, thinking they'd help. But nope, they didn't have the dealership's contact info either.
