    I've been trying to support

    I've been trying to support small businesses lately and stumbled upon Ferebe while searching online. They don't carry everything I usually get, but I've already placed a few orders. The stuff I've bought so far has been great, and I really hope they expand their product range soon. It's nice knowing I'm helping out a smaller company, and the quality of the items I've received has been top-notch. I'm definitely going to keep an eye on their site for new additions and continue shopping with them.

    I gotta say, Kenny and the team were really awesome. I had this ongoing problem with USPS for the past month, and they kept in touch with me the entire time, making sure everything was sorted. I’ll definitely keep ordering from here because they’re the only ones that stock Sudocrem, which is the only thing that works for my baby. I just wish they used UPS instead of USPS for shipping in the future. But honestly, everything in the order was just fine and well-packaged. Thanks a lot, guys!

    I've been ordering my go-to 3 in 1 Nescafe packets and Milo drink mixes from this site for a while now. It's super convenient because they always have what I need in stock. Sometimes I throw in a few granola bars for a quick snack. The prices are pretty decent and the shipping is always quick, which is a big plus. I love not having to run to the store all the time.     I love finding deals on this site, it's like a treasure hunt. You have to dig a bit, but when you find those gems, it's so worth it. And the best part, it gets delivered right to your doorstep. How convenient is that? I do wish they had a bigger selection to choose from, though. Sometimes it feels a bit limited. But for now, I’m pretty happy with what they offer.     It could totally become my main shopping spot if they did

    So, I stumbled upon Ferebe while trying to cut down on my Amazon shopping. It's a family-owned business, which really fits with my goal to be more conscious about my spending. I was pretty excited to see they had a product I usually only find on Amazon. Honestly, it would be awesome if Ferebe stocked more of the brands I like from Amazon.     Ordered a few things last

    Ordered a few things last week and they showed up pretty quick. Everything was packed super well, like they really cared. I mean, nothing was broken or leaking, which is amazing. Usually, stuff gets tossed in a box and you hope for the best, but not this time. You could tell they put in the extra effort. Honestly, I’ve never seen such good packing. I'm definitely going to order from them again.

    I ordered something from Ferebe

    I ordered something from Ferebe, but it got damaged on the way. They ended up getting it back and sent me a new one via FedEx. They even threw in a few extra of the same product, which was now on sale, for the same price I originally paid. Honestly, it was worth the wait. They really went out of their way to fix things for me. It’s nice to see a company that cares about their customers.

    I gotta tell you, waiting for this delivery was like watching paint dry. Seriously, it took forever. I ended up grabbing the same product from a local store just because I couldn't wait any longer. The product itself? It's exactly what you'd expect, no surprises there. But, man, that shipping speed was a real letdown. I guess if I'm not in a hurry and the price is right, I'd consider ordering from here again. But next time I need it quick, I'll definitely go somewhere else. Shipping speed can make or break it for me, and this time it just didn't cut it.

    I recently tried shopping with Ferebe and it's been a pretty good experience overall. The prices and variety of products are fantastic, I was honestly surprised at how much I could save. However, there's one thing that bugs me. You can't track your order unless you download some shipping app. Like, who needs another app on their phone? They really should just send shipping updates via email. It'd make the whole process smoother. But, aside from that, I’m happy with what I got and the money I saved.

    I stumbled upon this item at a much lower price than anywhere else. Thought I'd hit the jackpot. When it arrived, the packaging was a bit of a letdown. The cans inside were dented, which was disappointing, but thankfully, nothing was leaking. That's a relief, right? Despite the dents, everything else was in good shape, so can't complain too much. It's not perfect, but for the price, it's hard to beat. It’s one of those situations where you get what you pay for, but in a mostly good way. If they could just sort out the packaging, it'd be a solid five-star deal.

    Ordered my stuff on January 3rd, but by the 10th I had to reach out to customer service because it hadn't shipped yet. There were some winter storms, so I cut them some slack and waited it out. Finally, they shipped it and I got my order on the 18th. Considering how fast my TikTok orders arrived, this felt a bit slow. But hey, the packaging was good and the product itself was decent. Thinking about ordering again, just a bit worried about the shipping speed. Overall, not a bad experience, just wish the shipping was quicker.

    In March 2025, I decided to order five cases of Vitacoco, each containing 18 bottles. Sent two emails asking for an expiration date of 3 to 4 months away. The order arrived quickly, but all the boxes had an expiration date of May 10, 2025! Looks like my emails were completely ignored. Would have appreciated a bit more attention to detail. Disappointed with the service this time.

    I ordered this item online but they sent me the wrong thing. Tried calling customer service but got stuck with a voicemail recording, so frustrating.     Bought some stuff online, excited

    Bought some stuff online, excited to get my package. When it came, half the items were missing. Reached out to customer service, they said the missing stuff was out of stock. That’s cool and all, but where’s my refund? It's been weeks, still nothing. Had to chase them down just to get answers. Service like this is just not okay. Now I'm left with less than I paid for and no clue if or when I'll get my money back. Total letdown.

    Ordered some Dove soap from

    Ordered some Dove soap from Ferebe recently and things went downhill quick. Got the package super fast, but when I opened it, the soaps were just tossed in there, no insulation, nothing. They were all opened and rolling around. Sent them pics and let them know what happened. They offered me 60% back, which made no sense because I paid full price. Felt like a slap in the face, to be honest. Been buying from them since 2019, but clearly, their quality and customer service have dropped. Times are tough, and I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience.

    I ordered groceries online and had such a frustrating experience. I emailed customer service about an issue and didn't get any response, even after sending another email. Tried calling them, but nobody picks up. Left two voice mails, still nothing. The worst part was the groceries they sent me. Nearly everything was close to expiring. It's so disappointing when you expect fresh items and get stuff that's almost gone bad. I won't be ordering groceries from here again. If you care about getting good quality and timely help, look somewhere else. This was just unacceptable.

    Ordered this thing three weeks ago and still nothing. Said it would be here in a week with expedited shipping, but now it's just "in route" with no other details. No updates, no follow-ups, nada.     Hey folks, I got myself a bunch of Old Town white coffee packs. It's the 2-in-1 instant ones, 15 sticks per bag, and I ended up with a dozen bags overall. Snagged them on April 8, 2025, and it set me back $74.97, order number F55195290. Here’s the kicker – they’re all set to expire by August 10, 2025. Seriously, how am I supposed to down all that coffee in such a short time? It's kinda frustrating buying something that’s close to expiring. If you could explain why this happened, that'd be great.
