So, I sent in my order like 2 weeks back. Tried to ring 'em up, but no one picked up. Ended up shootin' 'em an email instead. They replied, sayin' I'd get it in a week. But guess what? Still no sign of it. I even shelled out extra for express shipping, but it's like they don't even care. Checked the order status a bunch of times, but it's stuck. I've ordered from 'em before without any trouble, but this whole not answering the phone and givin' me short replies feels kinda fishy, you know? It ain't really professional.

Received my order today. The packaging seemed almost perfect at first glance, but the poorly done wrap raised suspicions. Upon opening, my doubts were confirmed—the counterfeit product, a faux Bleu Electrique, stood next to my authentic L’Homme from Nordstrom. Even cross-referenced with YouTube's spot-check videos on counterfeit caps. To make matters worse, the package arrived leaking, leaving me uncertain about its contents. A disappointing experience with questionable quality and authenticity.

I purchased two fragrances, and unfortunately, one of them is unmistakably counterfeit. The bottle had a concerning white sediment at the bottom, and the atomizer was non-functional. Despite reaching out to the store, their response was unhelpful, suggesting I soak the atomizer without addressing the fake product concern. My request for an exchange or refund remains unanswered. This has left me frustrated and questioning the authenticity of their products and their customer service commitment.
