That was one of my most fitting experiences that I've ever had. I had many appointments and she was really helpful where she was, I appreciate that the questions were very proffesional and that she could see all my papers.

I had a really frustrating experience with this service. Before I even met the doctor, they sent me a letter and wouldn't let me cancel my appointment, even though I told them I didn't need their services anymore. I never spoke with the doctor, but they still issued a letter, which is not even valid according to California state law. They refused to refund me at first, saying they had completed my services with a copy-paste letter that didn't address my needs for an ESA. They even labeled it as an official ESA letter, but then said it wasn't. After I emailed them explaining the law and my concerns, they finally agreed to give me a refund.

I was so disappointed with my experience. I have a rabbit, but the letter they sent mentioned a dog. Tried to get it fixed, but they never replied. On top of that, they promised to call me about my appointment and never did. Now I'm out of cash and still don’t have the right letter. Total waste of time and money. Wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.
