They even labeled it as an official ESA letter, but then said it wasn't. After I emailed them explaining the law and my concerns, they finally agreed to give me a refund.

On top of that, they promised to call me about my appointment and never did. Now I'm out of cash and still don’t have the right letter. Total waste of time and money.
