Do not deal with this business online. They published lower fares to attract customers. They will call you after booking that the airlines only approved the return flight. They will ask you and force you to pick another day. They will force you to buy their ticket cos the return ticket is non refundable. Please please be aware.

Bait and trap scammers. Booked direct return flights London to Bangkok. For pounds 1,412.51. Was told to pay extortionate costs for luggage. Change my flight to stop overs at extortionate price etc. immediately cancelled my credit card. Had numerous threats off company. KEEP CLEAR OF THESE SCAMMERS. YOU BEEN WARNED.

Por favor no crean en esta compañía, son unos estafadores, crean publicidad engañosa, vende los Tikets aéreos a un precio y después te llaman que no tienen sillas disponibles, que si quiero viajar debo pagar el doble del costo inicial. Es triste que esto pase aquí en Estados Unidos de America.

FareHutz Thru Jetcost proved disappointing. After booking, they demanded an extra $638, claiming the tickets were unavailable, yet the same offers persisted on Jetcost's site 10 hours later. Misleading practices, unhelpful staff, and communication barriers make this company one to avoid.
