I recently ordered something online and it was a bit of a mess. They took my money right away, but all I got was a simple "thank you for your order" email. No order number, no shipping info, nothing! It's like my order just vanished into thin air. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they only asked for details I didn't have, like an order number. Super frustrating! I'm planning to call my credit card company to complain because I feel stuck with no answers. It shouldn't be this hard to get a simple update on my purchase. I just want to know where my order is or at least get my money back.
