I’ve tried contacting this business
I’ve tried contacting this business several times, but they never responded. Their site promises a reply within 24 hours, yet here I am, still waiting. I ordered an item and it never arrived. Honestly, it’s been a frustrating experience. Their customer service is practically non-existent. I won’t be purchasing anything from them again. It’s just not worth the hassle. Be careful if you decide to buy from this company.

I ordered from this company
I ordered from this company in December 2024, and it’s been a mess. Never got any tracking info or my product. Reached out multiple times, but no response at all. There's no phone number, only email, which they ignore. They sure took my money quickly, though. I’ll give them one more day to get back to me before I dispute the charge. This has been super frustrating and disappointing.

Mess from start to finish
I ordered this thing online, and let me tell you, it was a mess from start to finish. No confirmation email, nothing to track my order. When it finally showed up, it was totally different from the pictures. And, it was broken! Took forever to arrive too. I'm pretty sure this site is a scam. Save your money and avoid this place like the plague.

I ordered Christmas ornaments but got someone else's stuff instead. Tried to return it, but they said just keep it. Now I have these random family photos I really don't want. If you're missing your ornaments, maybe check with me on Facebook. I'm in Colorado. This whole mix-up is pretty frustrating.
