    I ordered some stuff from

    I ordered some stuff from this website, thinking it'd be different, but it’s just like the rest. Everything comes from China and takes forever to arrive. The tracking always says “on its way,” which is super frustrating. If you need something soon, don't bother ordering here. After waiting three months, my package finally showed up, and a bunch of the items were damaged and defective. What a waste! It’s like they just don’t care about customer service at all. So disappointed.

    I placed an order on December 5th and they promised it would arrive by Christmas. Well, here I am, still waiting. What really gets me is the customer service. It's all automated and I'm just getting the same generic responses over and over. No real help at all. Honestly, if you're thinking of ordering from this company, think again. Unless you don't mind waiting forever for your stuff, I'd look somewhere else. This experience has been super frustrating and disappointing.

    Beware and stay clear! 😕

    Oh, what a disaster! I thought my gift for my wife would arrive before Christmas, but no such luck. And to top it off, on our special 30th-anniversary piece, they spelled my name wrong! Can you believe it? My name is Jason, but they printed Jadon. Everything else was correct, so it’s clearly a mistake on their part. I’m so upset and now scared to even ask them to fix it. If this company is legit, they need to step up. If not, beware and stay clear! 😕

    I’ve tried contacting this business several times, but they never responded. Their site promises a reply within 24 hours, yet here I am, still waiting. I ordered an item and it never arrived. Honestly, it’s been a frustrating experience. Their customer service is practically non-existent. I won’t be purchasing anything from them again. It’s just not worth the hassle.     I ordered from this company

    I ordered from this company in December 2024, and it’s been a mess. Never got any tracking info or my product. Reached out multiple times, but no response at all. There's no phone number, only email, which they ignore. They sure took my money quickly, though. I’ll give them one more day to get back to me before I dispute the charge. This has been super frustrating and disappointing.

    Mess from start to finish

    I ordered this thing online, and let me tell you, it was a mess from start to finish. No confirmation email, nothing to track my order. When it finally showed up, it was totally different from the pictures. And, it was broken! Took forever to arrive too. I'm pretty sure this site is a scam. Save your money and avoid this place like the plague.

    I was really hoping to get my order by Christmas, just like they promised. They told me it was shipped, but I never got a tracking number.     I ordered Christmas ornaments

    I ordered Christmas ornaments but got someone else's stuff instead. Tried to return it, but they said just keep it. Now I have these random family photos I really don't want. If you're missing your ornaments, maybe check with me on Facebook. I'm in Colorado. This whole mix-up is pretty frustrating.
