I placed an order for my best friend's daughter’s birthday
I placed an order for my best friend's daughter’s birthday on 12/15 and received an email on 12/17 with a tracking number. But the order didn’t arrive by Christmas. When I checked the tracking, it said UPS never got the package from Edikted, and it still says that today, 1/7! I’ve emailed them twice with no response, and now I’m thinking of going to my credit card company to report it as FRAUD. This is really frustrating and bad service. I’ve never experienced something like this before!
