When I showed up with my own financing, things got a bit complicated. Felt like there was a lot of back and forth, kinda like playing middleman. But in the end, it all turned out great. Scored my car for $3000 less than the market price, so can't really complain. I'm absolutely loving my new ride. And, to my surprise, the delivery was quicker than I expected after we wrapped up all the paperwork. Overall, a bit of hassle but totally worth it for the deal I got.

I had a great experience

I had a great experience with my car inspection. Jennifer came over for the test drive and she was super kind and professional. She explained the whole inspection process to me, which made everything so much easier. I also want to give a shout out to Tyler who helped me online. Both of them made the process smooth and less stressful. It's nice to have such responsive and friendly folks to deal with. Overall, I felt really comfortable and well taken care of.

Never thought I'd buy a

Never thought I'd buy a truck online, but Driveway had the exact 2023 Tundra Pro I wanted, and people in my truck groups spoke highly of them. The whole process, from paperwork to delivery, took about a week and a half. When the truck arrived, it was in perfect shape. They even came back a week later to pick up my old truck, so everything was sorted out smoothly. All in all, a pretty straightforward and painless experience. Would do it again.

I was really happy with how things turned out. They gave me the best price for my car, which was awesome. Only hiccup was the third party pickup—they delayed a couple times and then suddenly appeared without warning. Thankfully, I was only half an hour away, so it wasn't too big of a deal. Other than that, the process was pretty smooth and straightforward. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good deal on selling your vehicle.

The support team was quick to respond in all aspects, and everything was done on time. Yet, the state of the car upon delivery was not what I hoped for. It appeared to be not properly cleaned before arrival (I found two dead flies on the back dash, and dirt where a magnet had been from the last owner), there was barely a quarter tank of gas when it arrived, and there were no screws to attach the license plate.

The whole process was smooth and easy. I got exactly what was promised. Whenever I had questions, whoever I contacted responded quickly with the information I needed. Getting a good deal for the car was great, but their quick replies were almost as good. Also, they use the latest banking method RTP (real-time payments), so I received my payment the same day they picked up the car. That was pretty cool!

Man, I was really excited

Man, I was really excited about getting my new car. But when it showed up, it was covered in bird poop and pollen. Even the delivery driver was like, "Whoa, sorry about this." It was disappointing, to say the least. And then, to top it all off, there was no temporary tag included. Had to deal with that hassle too. It's a shame because everything was going great up until the delivery.

I ordered something yesterday and no one got back to me. I called twice, and after the second call, the customer rep told me I needed a co-signer and then checked my credit score again! I already sent all my info and they reviewed it, so why check again? Now I have two hard inquiries in a single day. This is ridiculous and feels like a scam. Definitely don’t recommend them.

The whole licensing thing took forever! I bought a new car and didn't have my plates or registration for a full two weeks. Tried to get a temporary license from a local agency, but they couldn't help. So, I was stuck waiting until the plates finally showed up via UPS. Everything else with the car purchase went pretty smooth, but that wait was frustrating.

Having someone double-check those important documents before sending them out would prevent such issues and delays. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Everything was great 'xcept that it took a real long time from start to finish. If you have a lean on your title, even if the car is paid off, it's a huge pain 'cause they request a title lean release that has to be notarized by the company you bought your car through. Waited about 5 weeks before they came and picked up my car.

Driveway manages everything efficiently. The only issue we faced was with the local dealership transferring information from Driveway to their system.
