I was really happy w/ the help I got from the parts department manager. Couldn't find my toilet parts anywhere online. They helped me on chat & quickly gave me the right parts & part numbers so I could order online. Delivery came on time w/ standard option. Thanks PPL!

This review is for the Lady Lake location in Florida. My husband and I are very disappointed with how the company handled our business with them. When I tell you there are too many problems to list I truly mean it from start to finish. From going in and getting a price to buy our trailer out right, and changing their mind to consignment, things being stolen from inside our RV, from the battery's being dead, the lies, it just goes on and on and on. So I highly suggest you stay away from the Lady Lake Florida location and find somewhere else to go. You've been warned.

PPL Motor Homes Service Department really lacks honesty! They don't tell the truth, they charge too much, and it seems like they're not skilled at fixing RVs. If they promise to call you, don't expect it to happen – you'll have to reach out to them, and if you manage to get a response, consider yourself lucky. They claim to have spent a lot of time on your RV, but that's just a fib! They use some strange "industry standard" to turn a quick 30-minute job into multiple hours. If they struggle with a straightforward issue for so long, it's clear they don't know what they're doing! There's no communication among them, and it seems like none of them is aware of what the others are up to. I brought my RV there a few years ago, and they did an okay job, but it seems like they've had a turnover in employees since then. It looks like the ones who knew their stuff left because they didn't want to work for a company that lacks integrity. The current staff must have taken classes in deceiving customers because they seem to excel at that.

Our encounter with PPL in Summerfield, FL, during October 2023 left us deeply disillusioned. Enticed by their promises, we purchased a motorhome, confident that PPL was well-acquainted with the RV resort where we planned to park it. Rushing the paperwork to align with the resort's closing time, we eagerly brought our 2007 motorhome to the site, only to face the harsh reality that it exceeded the resort's age restrictions—a detail concealed by PPL. This lack of transparency shattered our dreams and left us questioning the integrity of PPL's practices. Given this unfortunate experience, we are unwilling to consider any future dealings with PPL dealerships, as their oversight and failure to disclose crucial information have profoundly affected our trust in their services.

I encountered a significant issue with the main slide-out in my 2018 Georgetown RV. Opting for PPL in Summerfield, FL, turned out to be an excellent choice. The service center, particularly Kristin and Joel, displayed remarkable expertise. They initially provided an estimate, but as the work progressed, additional issues surfaced. I appreciated their transparency, and together we worked out solutions. The project was completed efficiently, thanks to Joel's excellent management. If you're in need of service work for your RV, I wholeheartedly recommend these professionals at PPL. It was an overall positive experience, and their commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Kudos to Joel and the entire team!
