Not up to date

I found this course 10 years behind. There was only information on one lane roundabouts and the 2 lane are where drivers get confused. There was nothing in there about using the screen like AppleCarPlay and the dangers it may incur. It should be updated to 2025 and not 2015 statistics. There was too much about bicycle safety when it's about car driver safety. The part about leaving your child in the car does not include the reminders built into a lot of the new cars. Yet I agree this is was the most valuable information in the class, relating to how this could happen to anyone and how it could be you. I'd choose another course next time.

Good training for drivers

Good training for drivers - I have driven an 18 wheeler for 33 years. One thing I dont agree with is when they say to hit the brakes if you lose traction. That will make you crash. The right way is to lift off the brakes, give a little gas, and steer in the direction you are sliding so the tires can get grip again!

The course was one of the more bearable online options I have done for Senior Driver Safety (needed for insurance discount). The speaker’s tone and pace kept me listening without much effort. I also liked that moving to the next page happend automaticly without pressing arrows. Still, the material seemed old (this is 2025, but many numbers were from 2015). The driving wheel hand spots were shown as 10 and 2 instead of the newer 4 and 8 for airbag safety. It leaves me thinking what more could be missing or out of date.

NEGATIVE A MILLION. I've been doing trying to complete this course all day, website repeatedly crashes out and does not in fact save your progress. It's six hour course for Delaware and you expect me to believe you respect my time? I've re done up to chapter four twice.

This online driving course is really good. It is clear and the quizzes are simple if you just read and focus. I hope I don’t need it again, but I’d pick the same course. They have very nice customer service. I got my certificate quick and also cert for insurance. Use these peple. They understand what they are doing.

This Defensive Driving Course was simple to get

This Defensive Driving Course was simple to get through and the test wasn’t hard. Each part moved fast and made sence. I’ve got a CDL so I need to go over this stuff every year, but even a class C driver can go throuh it without trouble and finish it for the insurance cut.

It’s been quite a while since I relocated to GA

It’s been quite a while since I relocated to GA and did the drivers license exam. This class included many topics but stayed engaging. It served as a nice refresher that brought back both clear and less clear points. Also, some rules have changed, such as new traffic circles and the general guide for leaving space from the car in front based on speed.

4 hours? Haha. There’s 5 chapters and each one takes at least one hour. The chapters are way too long with way too much info before you get a test. They should make the chapters half the length even if it means adding more chapters.

I can't see anything wrong with how the program for testing worked. It had no issues with helping to get a passing score… everything was explained in a way that failing seemed impossible!

I just want to mention that, as someone who puts things off, this company really came through for me. My deadline was under 48 hours, and they got everything to the DMV so quickly that I didn't have to worry about getting my license reinstated. I really appreciate it. I couldn’t have done it without you all!
