I got the quilt I ordered, but it had a few color marks on it. I contacted Dreamrooma about this, and they quickly sent me a new one for free. The replacement came in great shape with bright colors. They replied to my emails very fast and were kind too. I’m really happy with my purchse, Dreamrooma is a wonderful company!

Oh my goodness, I couldn't believe

Oh my goodness, I couldn't believe it when the quilt arrived with such a glaring mistake. Instead of SEABEES, it boldly proclaimed SEAREES! It was quite the head-scratcher, and I was initially taken aback. Fortunately, the gift was intended for a friend with an excellent sense of humor, and he took it in stride. Despite the misspelling mishap, the quality of the quilt itself was commendable, but it's hard to overlook such a fundamental error. While it did bring a good laugh, I can't help but feel a bit disappointed by the oversight. Nonetheless, the recipient's reaction turned what could have been a disaster into a memorable moment.

Would have liked to give NO stars. The term SIMPLE returns is far from that. I had a hard time contacting the company to inquire about returns/pictures of items/putting things back in original packing. When I followed the steps, the return cost was higher than the price I paid. I believe this company is a scam that exploits customers.

DON'T ORDER FROM DREAMROOMA Ordered on July 25. Got email stating rug shipped Aug 1 w/ USPS tracking. Its now Aug 23 and Post Office is telling me package doesn't exist, anywhere. Tried contacting Dreamrooma. No response. I have learned that if a company doesn't take PayPal, it is likely a scam.

I thought I was ordering a comforter but it wasn't never ever again don't ever order from thos company i had to but a plain comforter because they sent me a sheet and I had to sew the sheet they sent me and the other plain comforter together sad never ever again
