Showing respect is crucial. The way they handle issues can hurt their business quickly. They should improve their communication and be more considerate. If they address their attitude, they could see a big increase in sales.

They're doing great work. I'm still figuring out how to use it. I live in a trailer park, so I can only grow in pots and buckets. The weather's crazy this year in eastern Tennessee, and my crops are suffering. Keeping things alive is a challenge; the soil dries out quickly.
