I got some stuff for my kid from this company. Really happy with it. I'm in Australia, so it took longer to get here than if we were in the US. But they still made sure everything arrived before his birthday, 10 days earlier than I thought. One size was wrong, but they quickly sent the right one. He really liked the t-shirt, jacket, and shoes. Very happy.

Stay away from this company, don’t purchase anything from them. I asked for a refund because my order never showed up. Tried to find their customer service email but the website disappeared. Their Facebook and Instagram pages are missing too. This is a SCAM company. I will update if I find out different.

On 16th May I ordered trousers online from Debenhams for my disabled son.

On 16th May I ordered trousers online from Debenhams for my disabled son. On 19th May the item arrived, but it was the wrong one—not what I ordered. I sent it back the same day, 19th May, and asked for a refund. On 1st June I emailed to check about the refund. On 2nd June I got an email saying the refund was being processed, and another email saying it was done. By 10th June (3 weeks after returning) I still hadn’t got the refund and emailed again. Such a poor service!

I ordered a hoodie from Debenhams as a Christmas gift. The returns policy is unclear, and after contacting them about returning it due to the low quality, I received their address in an email. There were no instructions or paperwork included. I won't be using this company again, and Debenhams should review their agreement with them, as I’ll be cautious before using their platform agian.

I bought from boohoo and recieved two DBZ items in different parcels. Needed to send both back. They gave me the money back using two Debenhams gift cards, not the full payment. No one from customer service is talking back to me. Looked on Facebook and loads of people having problems with getting refunds and nobody replies from their team.
