I got a cool fire device for my CZ TS pistol, but it's for CZ TS2 Bull Barrel, so it doesn't work well. Still, I liked the device's quality and fast delivery.

I got stuff from your company, but it had problems. I called four times over three weeks and left messages each time. But no one called me back. I also sent many emails over three weeks with pictures and explaining what was wrong. The reply I got said sorry for the wait, but they're busy. They asked me to explain my issues again, which means they didn't read my earlier emails. It's frustrating. It's been a month, and I'm still waiting for a response.

Fantastic training tool.

Fantastic training tool. I use it with my Sig P365x. It performs well. Helpful feedback. Provides just enough recoil to challenge you with the red dot. Pair it with the Mantis X for a solid training setup with excellent feedback and shooting assessment.

Prompt response on the order, even with international shipping from Germany, customs were handled seamlessly. The pre-order details and inquiries were promptly addressed. I am currently using my Coolfire in my Sig P365 XL Spectre Comp without encountering any problems. It's worth noting that the shorter barrel limits the shots to a maximum of 10 before a refill is needed.

I ordered a guide rod and

I ordered a guide rod and recoil spring, but unfortunately, they sent the wrong ones. The laser fires twice with each trigger pull, causing scattered hits. When I reached out to customer service, they seemed indifferent and claimed they would send return labels. However, two weeks later, I have yet to receive the labels. My experience has been disappointing, and I strongly advise against purchasing from them.

I was in search of a Glock 17 set, and initially, it was out of stock. However, I received an email notifying me that it was back in stock. I placed the order online, but faced issues with my bank card during payment. The staff handled this situation well. My main criticism is the extended wait for delivery post-payment. After inquiring, I eventually received the set. The entire process took several weeks, despite the initial indication that the set was in stock. The delivery from the US to Belgium went smoothly, and now that I'm using the product, I'm very satisfied with it.
