I really like this company. Their products are made in America and their customer support is really good. I like that I can dry fire and feel recoil without having to rack my slide for each shot. This system with a laser and the Mantis laser academy is like having a private range at home.

Fantastic training tool. I use it with my Sig P365x. It performs well. Helpful feedback. Provides just enough recoil to challenge you with the red dot. Pair it with the Mantis X for a solid training setup with excellent feedback and shooting assessment.

I placed the order online, but faced issues with my bank card during payment. The staff handled this situation well. My main criticism is the extended wait for delivery post-payment. After inquiring, I eventually received the set. The entire process took several weeks, despite the initial indication that the set was in stock. The delivery from the US to Belgium went smoothly, and now that I'm using the product, I'm very satisfied with it.

I also sent many emails over three weeks with pictures and explaining what was wrong. The reply I got said sorry for the wait, but they're busy. They asked me to explain my issues again, which means they didn't read my earlier emails. It's frustrating. It's been a month, and I'm still waiting for a response.

I ordered a guide rod and recoil spring, but unfortunately, they sent the wrong ones. The laser fires twice with each trigger pull, causing scattered hits. When I reached out to customer service, they seemed indifferent and claimed they would send return labels. However, two weeks later, I have yet to receive the labels. My experience has been disappointing, and I strongly advise against purchasing from them.
