I ordered contacts from this
I ordered contacts from this company over a month ago and it's been a nightmare. First, they sent me someone else's contacts. When I called to let them know, the guy was super rude when I mentioned I didn't have a printer. I managed to get the wrong contacts back to the right person as soon as I got the new label, but then I received another box with the wrong prescription again.
So, I had to prove I got the wrong ones by sending a picture. Apparently, this mix-up happened to at least three of us. I'm now a month without my correct contacts, and when I emailed them again, the response was rude, acting like it was all my fault. Melissa even had the nerve to ask if I could find someone with a printer in my tiny, middle-of-nowhere town. I kept telling them I didn't have access to one!
To top it off, they wanted me to send the other person's contacts to them at my expense. Seriously?! This company is awful! They refused to overnight a label, saying it would cost $40, in the most condescending tone. They acted like this whole mess was my fault.
I'm never using this company again and I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I've never been so disrespected in my life. I've got all the emails to prove how badly they've treated me. And remember, this didn't just happen to me—it happened to at least two other people. Stay far away from this company!
