    Good value paints

I felt satisfied unpacking the tubes, all sealed and fresh. Paper pad corners were slightly dinged, not a big deal. For the price, quality hit the mark and boosted my confidence to paint more.

    Student discount came in clutch

Browsed canvases, found a deal, and applied the student code. Email updates were timely. What stood out was the price-match offer, which I’ll try next time. Package arrived well packed.

    Polite help on returns

Phone support answered kindly, explained the return label steps, and clarified I’d cover postage for change of mind. Clear, patient, and my question was fully resolved.

    Great range and quick checkout

Signed up for the newsletter, used a promo, and grabbed watercolours and a sketchbook. Navigation was clean, filters helped. Checkout was fast, and pickup in store worked perfectly.

    Opening the watercolor set

I cracked the tin and the colors looked like candy. First wash bloomed perfectly on cold press, and I squealed like a kid. Magic.

    Finally, paper that behaves

Tried the fancy block they recommend and, shocker, my ink didn’t spider. No more fuzzy edges, no warping tantrums. Guess practice helps, but good paper helps more.
