The company's pricing is quite high, which might be hindering more sales. As a buyer, it's frustrating to pay high taxes on used items, even though I understand the need for the company to make money. However, the fees are not transparent, making it difficult to know exactly what I'll be paid after a sale. The app is not user-friendly, and navigating it is a hassle. Moreover, the customer service is subpar, with no option to speak to a real person.

My overall experience was very exciting. I just bought my first guitar, a Viper-10. This app was very handy and useful, and I like how I’m able to communicate with the seller. I really appreciate their seven-day guarantee, a "Got your back" deal just in case anything went south. I’m super happy with my guitar, and my experience with the vendor was excellent too.

Reverb might not be the only place to buy and sell music gear, but it's the one you should go for. Whether you're a pro or just starting out, this platform is essential. I got a Neumann U87Ai studio set in great condition for way less than usual. Saved me a lot of money. You should check them out online and start saving too.

So many sellers offer such great instruments and tools for making the noise! Most sellers are very communicative and helpful. I've actually learned a lot from listings and sellers. Prices can be great, you just gotta pick your spots.
