    Beratung top, Online holprig

    Im Store hat mich ein Mitarbeiter super vermessen, mehrere Boots durchprobiert und gleich noch Einlagen empfohlen, die tatsächlich Sinn machten. Ein Sondergröße gab es nicht da, also am Kiosk in den Versand bestellt, ging locker. Zuhause habe ich online noch einen Hut nachgeordert, die Rückgabe von einem zu kleinen Gürtel war jedoch etwas zäh im Portal. Versandzeiten passten, Ware top. Für die Beratung fahre ich wieder hin, online halte ich die Bestellnummern künftig gut bereit.
