I’ve tried emailing twice about
I’ve tried emailing twice about my order status, and it's been nearly a month without a tracking number. Each time, they respond with, “Your order is completely proceed. The package was shipped out and waiting for the carrier to pick it up.” I don't get it – how can my order be both "shipped out" and still "awaiting carrier pickup"? And why am I getting the same response every time? This is really frustrating.
