    I’ve tried emailing twice about

    I’ve tried emailing twice about my order status, and it's been nearly a month without a tracking number. Each time, they respond with, “Your order is completely proceed. The package was shipped out and waiting for the carrier to pick it up.” I don't get it – how can my order be both "shipped out" and still "awaiting carrier pickup"? And why am I getting the same response every time? This is really frustrating.

    I ordered this thing almost

    I ordered this thing almost a month ago and it’s still not here. The tracking info seems like a joke, says it's been stuck just a few hours away for days now. Customer service? Useless. They just repeated what I could already see on the tracking page. Kept telling me it "should" arrive soon. Honestly, I’m losing hope. Super frustrating experience, definitely not buying from this place again.

    I ordered something from this

    I ordered something from this site about three weeks ago and still no word on my shipment. It's been so frustrating waiting with no updates at all. I honestly just want my money back now. I can't believe how bad the service is. Definitely won't be buying from here again. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

    I ordered a product, thinking

    I ordered a product, thinking it would arrive quickly, but it took forever—18 days! Honestly, had no clue it was coming from another country. If the website made that clear, I would’ve looked elsewhere. The waiting was frustrating and not what I expected. Will definitely think twice before ordering from this company again.

    I ordered something on January 24th and here we are, February 20th, and still nothing. Like, seriously? Is waiting a whole month for shipping normal now? If that's how this place operates, I'm done. I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous. Who has time to wait forever for an order? Definitely not ordering from here again.

    I ordered something over a month ago (#BCMC113776) and it still hasn't shown up. I've been on hold for ages, like more than 20 minutes, and then they just hang up on me twice. I tried emailing them, but no one's responding. What's going on? The tracking says it's being held, but why? This is so frustrating.

    I ordered something from them,

    I ordered something from them, paid the extra $9.99 for redelivery to my address on Honolulu Ave, but the package never showed up. It's been really frustrating waiting around and not hearing anything back. I just want my order or at least some kind of response. Feeling pretty let down by their service.
