I used Amerifreight earlier this year. My representative was Christine Davis and she made everything smooth. She was very kind and always ready to assist. I value great customer service a lot. As I travel often, bad service will make me stop using a company. Many businesses don’t understand how important good customer service is! Christine did an awesome job for me.

I worked with Agent H. Herrera while looking for a carrier to transport our car from Pa to Florida. We needed to be in Florida by a specific time, and Mr. Herrera did a great job finding a carrier who could manage it. Henry was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. He took the time to explain the whole process and what we should expect. Sadly, our timing didn't line up, but we plan to call AmeriFreight when we return to Pa in the spring and ask for Mr. Herrera again. He’s a real pro and a nice person to work with.

AmeriFreight and my agent Henry Herrera did a decent job with the cross-country transport of our Mercedes. Fast and clear communication, smooth transaction, good pick-up and drop-off service. I would consider using them again.

I needed to get my son's truck from Alabama to California because he is in the army and really needed it. It's hard to find honest help with all the scams out there. I reached out to Amerifreight and got in touch with Charity Hindman. I shared my worries about the whole situation, thinking it would take forever. She took the time to explain everything to me, easing my mind and assuring me she would handle it. I slept well that night, which was a relief. I called her a few times, but she was always ready to help. Soon after, she called me to say they found two trucks, and I accepted the offer. The first driver contacted me, and the truck was picked up sooner than I thought. I thanked her a lot, and she kindly said, “you are welcome.” I don’t think she knows how nice it is to work with a reliable company and such a great representative. She made everything easier. Thank you, Charity! And thanks to Amerifreight for having people like her who we can trust.
