I bought 3 things from Warmy but accidentally picked the wrong size.

I bought 3 things from Warmy but accidentally picked the wrong size. When I saw my mistake, the order was already sent. I got in touch with Warmy Support. They answered quickly and kindly, telling me they will help me swap the items for the right sizes. This kind of helpful reply is rare in my online shopping history. Now I am waiting quietly for the wrong sizes to arrive, sure that Warmy will assist me in changing them to the correct ones.

The big hoodie matched the description perfectly. I usually get XL and the Warmy hoodie fits well and is still roomy, which I really like! The material is very soft, I even slept in it while camping in Alberta’s Rocky Mountains and it kept me warm all night. Don’t think twice about buying it. I’m usually careful with online shopping but this company is trustwothy.
