I really like this brand and company.

I really like this brand and company. I bought their leggings first when I found out about them and was happy with the quality. Since then, I’ve bought their airplane line, linen pants, shirts, pants, sweaters, towels, bras, underwear, lounge pants, pajamas, and sweat sets. I’m slowly swapping out my whole wardrobe for their items and I’m really happy with the quality. Plus, their customer service is great. Great company with a great mission.

I have always had a good experience with this company! I received an item that was the wrong size on the package. I got great customer service from Victor, who was very helpful. I felt that he was more concerned that I was being treated fairly. He was kind, humorous, and made sure I got a refund. This experience reaffirmed my trust in the company, and I will definitely continue to shop with them in the future.

The Pect clothing is realy great.

The Pect clothing is realy great. They're very soft and comfy with organc cotton. Also, they're stylish. I get many complments when I wear a Pect dress to work or to partys. Pect has good customer suppor too. They have live person to anser customr care calls without wating. They respond to my quiry via email promptly. I'll keep shopping with Pect always.

I got the wrong dress . . .when I reached out to Customer Service, they didn’t have the dress I wanted but gave me credit for a different purchase and said I could donate the dress (no trouble about returning). I’m disappointed about not getting the dress but happy with how they managed it.

My experience with Wearpact was really good. There was an issue with my order, but Vera from their team replied within 24 hours and made everything much better. She was very helpful and understanding, and she fixed the problem quickly. I'll definitely shop here again.

Initially, the delivery arrived a week late because the courier took it, tried to deliver it, brought it back, and then gave it to another courier who couldn't provide a delivery date. It just showed up a week after I expected it. The clothing is badly sized and of average quality. I ordered leggings one size larger than the guide said and tops two sizes larger since I dislike tight clothing. After just two washes, they are starting to pill! As for the leggings, they are only just okay for wearing out but definitely not comfy for all-day use like it said. The XL tops felt snug from the start, and while they are stretching now, I’m concerned they won’t hold their shape for long. One pair of leggings also has loose stitching on the inside of the waistband after the second wash. Since I’ve worn them, I won't return them, but I won’t buy again. Disapointed.
