    I want to thank the team

    I want to thank the team, especially Paige, at the Swindon Levi Outlet. I lost my phone while shopping there and retraced my steps to find it. My wife received a call from security asking if we had lost a phone, which was a huge relief. We picked up the phone from security and learned it was handed in by a Levi staff member. Although the staff member who found it was off duty, nothing was missing from the case. Big thanks to Paige and the Levi team at Swindon. Best, Pete Newman

    Very disappointing quality control.

    Very disappointing quality control. Ordered 4 pairs of the same pants, but got 4 different sizes. Bought 541 athletic taper, but the leg openings looked more like boot cut. Ordered pants with the length confirmed by other pants, including other Levi's, and got ones that were too short. It's almost like their factory in India just puts labels on whatever they find, without checking the size. And just so you know, no refunds for sale items.

    Awful quality products and awful customer support.

    Awful quality products and awful customer support. I’ve bought Levi jeans for years, but the zippers keep breaking. I reached out to the company for help, but they keep adding new conditions to the email chain, so you never really get any help. Very poor service and poorly made products for a company that claims to be high-end. They are not. Don’t spend your money.

    Levi's product details online don't always

    Levi's product details online don't always match the actual items. I ordered jeans with 98% cotton, but they came with 85% instead. Additionally, I purchased two pairs in the same size to compare, but even though they’re the same model and color, they have different material mix.

    Awful customer support.

    Awful customer support. Completely lost. Purchase jeans in the store, but steer clear of online orders at any price. They won't show up, and the customer service crew will send you in circles for weeks.
