    I am surprised by the bad reviews since I received such great customer service. Maybe the company has learned from the complaints.     Don't waste your time ordering from outside the US

    Don't waste your time ordering from outside the US. The package never shows up - something in their process with DHL always fails. This is the SECOND time this has happened to me. I place the order, it says it's on its way, I wait for the delivery date. It never comes. When you contact Everlane customer service, they can't help except to say it will take another 3 weeks to check. Sure, you can get a refund before the 3 weeks is over - but this suggests to me that the shipment was never sent out in the first place - (since why would Everlane risk you getting your parcel AND a refund)? AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

    This "company" is a scam

    This "company" is a scam. They offer NO real customer service!! Only a BOT is here to "assist". I will NEVER buy from you again unless you fix my problem. I got a 20% off deal that was never used. Fixing this is taking forever with a BOT replying. What a poor way to manage a business!

    I bought an oversized blazer from Everlane, thinking it would be as reliable as my other two. But this one’s construction just isn't right. Only after I took off the tags and wore it did I realize the buttons don't line up, making it sit strangely. Tried reaching out to exchange—what a mess! Days of back-and-forth texts and sending photos, and every time it was a different person. Finally, they claimed the blazer was fine. Really? Quality has definitely slipped, and there's no way to actually call for help. They seem to avoid standing behind their items. Not worth it!!

    Everlane's been a fantastic find for my partner and me. We've picked up around ten tops, mostly shirts and overshirts, and the quality's been top-notch every time. The fabric feels great, and the stitching's solid. They really nailed the shipping, too; we got all the details we needed, and our orders arrived fast without any hassle.     I got the Everlane Felted Merino Half-Zip Sweater at the end of November 2024, snagging it on sale for €116. Original price was way higher, €194. At first, loved the feel of the merino wool—super soft, no itching, and the fit was spot on. But then, the quality let me down big time. Started wearing it a couple times a week, just for a few hours. I was careful, no rough activities, nothing that could mess with the fabric. By mid-December, pilling started showing up. Took extra care to avoid friction with other clothes but it didn't help. Now, the sweater's covered in pills everywhere. Honestly, based on this experience, I can't recommend Everlane. If you're thinking about buying this sweater or anything else from them, think twice and do your homework. The durability just isn't there, and it might save you from the disappointment I faced.

    Everlane needs to rethink their shipping partners!

    I usually love shopping with Everlane and even recommend it to my clients, but this time was a mess. Ordered on Nov 29th, shipped out Dec 2nd, and then my package just sat at LAX from the 3rd to the 12th. Finally, it was supposed to be delivered on the 15th, but the driver said he couldn’t access my building. If he had texted me beforehand, I could have let him in! He said he’d come back in 1-2 days, but it’s Friday now and still no package. Everlane’s customer service suggested canceling the order, which doesn’t help much. They’re looking into it, but I doubt I’ll hear back soon. It’s frustrating, especially since other orders I placed later arrived quickly. Everlane needs to rethink their shipping partners!

    I bought a pair of day glove shoes and wore them around Europe for two weeks in October. They fit perfectly, just as advertised - nice and narrow. So, when the flat day gloves and the heels with elastic backs went on sale, I couldn't resist and ordered three more pairs. Imagine my surprise when all three were way too big! They were supposed to be narrow like my first pair, but they felt more like wide widths and gaped at the heel. I tried to get help through chat support, but kept getting bounced between different agents and was asked to upload pictures over and over. After years of being a loyal customer, this was a huge letdown. I'm stuck with $350 worth of shoes I can't wear. Be careful with sale items!

    Ordered from Everlane for the first time on December 2nd, 2024. Today is December 17th, and I'm still waiting for my package. Has anyone heard of this carrier Smart Kargo? They are the worst! Super shady and unreliable. Everlane's customer service is just as bad. All I get are excuses. They blame the holidays, but I ordered from other sites around the same time, and everything arrived within a week. Those other sites used UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL. I can't even comment on the quality of Everlane’s clothes because I never got my order. At this point, I’m convinced their products are probably cheap and not worth the hassle. If I don't get a refund soon, I'm disputing the charge with PayPal. What a nightmare!

    Oh wow, this was a real letdown. I was so excited to finally get these black modern loafers I'd been eyeing for ages. They arrived in May 2024, and at 160 EUR plus import taxes, they weren’t cheap. But they looked as amazing as I'd hoped, so I mostly wore them indoors or for quick outings, like meeting my girlfriend for coffee. I even left them behind during a four-month sabbatical in my hometown, thinking they were too precious to risk. Then, fast forward to May 2025, I was shocked to find a hole where the leather meets the sole. I contacted the company with photos, but they just blamed it on wear and tear. Seriously?! For that price, I expected better quality. Now I see why their reviews are so low.

    I ordered from Everlane and used two different emails, one from before I got married and one after. My husband set up a random email generator to protect us from spam. When I ordered, the generator filled in a random email that forwards to my real one, so I can track if companies sell my info. On December 1, I was charged for an order but never got a confirmation or shipping email. Two weeks later, I contacted support and they told me my order was frozen because I used multiple emails. I paid for the order but it never got sent. I want a refund and all my emails deleted from their system. This was a bad experience and I don't feel comfortable buying from them again.

    I bought a pair of boots from this store, and it's been a nightmare. Their return policy is a mess and super confusing. They advertise a 365-day guarantee for men's clothing, but I read somewhere that it should apply to women's boots too. Turns out, it doesn’t. My city boots, which I've only worn about 10 times, already have fraying leather by the toes. When I tried to return them, customer service first said no problem, but then backtracked and told me I couldn't return them. For the price, you'd expect better quality and service. I'm really disappointed and won’t be buying from them again. I doubt their boots last long.

    Ordered 3 items from Everlane Canada Website on Dec 14/24, paid with my credit card, got order confirmation (weirdly not from Everlane) and shipping notification from China. Checked tracking info on Jan 9, 2025, and it said delivered, but I never received anything. Emailed the contact on tracking site, no response. Checked my account on everlanecanada dot shop, and my order was still in the cart, even though the confirmation email item numbers matched. Filled out the form on their website (only contact option), but no reply. Now, I'm out $250+ and a Christmas gift for a family member. Super frustrated and disappointed!

    I ordered something from Everlane and it never arrived. When I contacted them, they just told me to keep waiting. I decided to call UPS myself and found out they never even got the package. UPS said if Everlane had sent it, they could reroute it back, but Everlane wouldn’t take any action. Their only advice was to wait and report back if it doesn’t show up. No escalation, no attempts to fix it, nothing. They just held onto my money without offering a real solution. It’s really frustrating and disappointing, especially when you’re left doing all the work to find out where your package went.

    Okay, let me tell you about my recent online shopping disaster. I was on this website, right? Trying to get some new stuff. Twice, the items I put in my bag just vanished. Poof, gone. So there I was, searching all over again, adding everything back. Took me a solid 45 minutes. Finally, I had my stuff, put in my details, my card info, everything. Hit 'pay' and bam, "bag is empty". Unbelievable. I was so frustrated, felt like I just wasted two hours of my life. Honestly, I took it as a sign to just not buy anything from there. What a nightmare. Avoid this site if you can.

    Disappointing

    I recently had a frustrating experience with this company. I ordered the same model and size as I did before, but this time it didn't fit right. Wanted to return it, but apparently, returns don't work in Ireland. They made me pay for a DPD Germany label, which is useless here. It's like they don't realize Ireland isn't in Germany. Then, I had to deal with Connie from customer service, and she was just terrible. She wasted so much of my time without providing any real help. It’s disappointing because I used to like their stuff, but this experience has really put me off.
