    I decided to try out

    I decided to try out these Mariner tank tops because they were supposed to be organic cotton, but what I got was nothing like I expected. The fabric felt almost like woven plastic, not at all soft or natural. I ordered a medium, but it was huge, more like an extra-large. It was really disappointing. I reached out to them about returning it, but I'm still waiting for a response. It's been a while now, and honestly, I'm not impressed with their service. I thought I'd found a new go-to brand, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

    You won't believe what I've been through with this order. It's been two weeks, and every time I check on my computer, it insists there's no order history. But then, on my phone? There it is, sitting pretty. How confusing is that? To top it off, I never got any email confirmation, yet my inbox is flooded with their promotional stuff. Like, really? Priorities, right? And don’t even get me started on their customer service—it’s like talking to a wall. If I’d known it would be such a hassle, I would’ve just shopped elsewhere. It’s been nothing but a headache!

    Ordered a pair of jeans

    Ordered a pair of jeans, but they ended up being shipped to my old address. I messaged customer service within a day to fix it, and they said they’d contact the warehouse. Waited a whole day, nothing. Reached out again, and they’re still "waiting" for a response. Then, boom, I get an email saying the jeans were shipped to the wrong place. Only after that, they tell me they can’t change the address. Really? If they had just followed up properly, this wouldn’t have happened. Feel like I wasted my money. Their service was super slow and not helpful at all.

    Definitely disappointed

    Got this tote bag thinking it'd be my trusty sidekick, but boy was I wrong. Barely used it for a few months, switching between my other bags, and the handle's already hanging by a thread! The rest of the bag looks fine, but what’s the point if I can’t even carry it without worrying it'll just give up on me? Tried reaching out for a refund or exchange, but nope, no luck there. Just got a "sorry, can't help you" kinda reply. For the price I paid, I expected way better quality. Definitely disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Watch out, folks!

    I had such a bad

    I had such a bad time with this company. Ordered a bunch of stuff during their Black Friday sale, thinking I’d get Christmas gifts sorted early. Weeks went by, and my order was nowhere to be found. Every time I contacted them, they kept saying it’s on the way. After 20 days, they finally admitted it was lost. Now, with Christmas just around the corner, I’m scrambling to find new gifts. They tried to make up for it with a 20% off code, but come on, Black Friday was 40% off! Not cool at all. I’m never shopping with them again. So bummed.

    I thought I'd give this

    I thought I'd give this brand a shot after hearing about it on a podcast, but man, what a letdown. Prices are way too high for what you're getting. And don't even get me started on their sale policy. If you buy something on sale and it doesn't fit, you're out of luck because they won't accept returns or even give you store credit. It's just so frustrating and feels like a rip-off. I really expected better and now I regret falling for their ads. Wish I'd looked into it more before buying. Lesson learned, I guess.

    I ordered a jacket, thinking it looked semi-premium, but the quality was more like something you'd find at Tesco. It took forever to arrive, like three weeks, because they ship it from China when you order. The sizing guide said it would fit me, but it turned out to be for someone much shorter and stockier. Tried to return it, but they just ignore my emails. Now I’m stuck with this jacket that's not even good enough to donate. It feels like a scam. Definitely not worth the money. Stay away from this store.

    I ordered a sweater for

    I ordered a sweater for Christmas on December 2nd, hoping it would arrive in time. It's now December 16th, and still no sweater. They said it might take another two weeks, which is totally unhelpful since it was meant to be a gift. They offered to send something else, but I wasn't interested. I ended up getting a partial refund, but only after being quite firm about the whole shipping mess. Definitely not the holiday shopping experience I was hoping for.

    Ordered something from this company

    Ordered something from this company expecting it in 5-8 days, but it took nearly 3 weeks! Before I left town, I called them to ask where my package was, and all the rep could say was, "you can track it yourself." Super unhelpful. Now I gotta deal with return shipping when I get back to NYC. If it's this late in the city, how slow would it be if I lived in the middle of nowhere? Frustrating experience, and they charge for shipping too. Not cool.

    Not cool at all

    Man, what happened to your quality? I feel totally ripped off. I ordered a puffer coat just like the one I got seven years ago, but what I received was a joke. The material feels cheap and the stitching is already coming loose. It's like they didn't even try to make it right. So disappointed and angry that I wasted my money on this. You guys used to be good, but now it seems like you're just selling junk. Not cool at all.

    I ordered Christmas gifts on

    I ordered Christmas gifts on December 18th, and my credit card got charged right away. It's December 28th now, and I still haven't received my order. There's no confirmation email or any shipping notice. Plus, there's no customer service number to call, which is super frustrating. I have no idea where my order is, and it's really stressful because these were supposed to be Christmas presents. Not sure what to do next.

    I got two dog beds

    I got two dog beds from Happy-Luna, one small and one medium. Thought the small would be perfect for my chihuahua, but it turned out way too tiny. Tried reaching out to them for help on returning it, but no luck at all. Nobody's responding, just radio silence. It's super frustrating. I expected better support. Because of this experience, I'm definitely not ordering from them again.

    I spent over a grand

    I spent over a grand on their stuff, even shelled out for express shipping. It's been four days now, and they keep saying my order will ship "today." Spoiler alert: it doesn’t. I'm stuck wondering if I'll ever get my things. It's beyond frustrating. This company’s service is a joke.
