I ordered a hat for a WWII veteran

I ordered a hat for a WWII veteran, and the quality of the hat is great. I had a question and sent an email, and I got a fast reply telling me they had received it and would get back to me soon. I explained I had an event with the Veteran where he’d be honored for his service, and I was worried the hat wouldn’t arrive on time. The email I got back said they couldn’t make any promises but would check into it. The event is tomorrow, and I received the hat two days ago. Once again, I am really pleased with the quality of both the embroidery and the hat itself. This Veteran will be so happy to receive this gift and proud to wear it as he’s honored for his service.

I reached out to their support team and they sorted it out quickly, which helped me find another present that could arrive on time. The help I got from support was great, and I’d buy from them again with no doubt.

I purchased 3 sweatshirts, and they were delivered in about two weeks. The print quality was really good. The sweatshirts seemed like they would be thicker based on the pictures online, but they still felt good. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and the service.
