Forever 21 is a go-to spot for me! Their clothes are affordable, trendy, and fit nicely. Whether shopping at the mall or online, it's a must-visit! They also offer lovely jewelry; I recently ordered a 3-piece necklace set online, and it arrived quickly and looked just like it did on the site! My friends and I frequently shop there (I’m 13, so it might be perfect for teens), and we’re always pleased with what we buy. The only bummer was not getting an adorable shirt before it sold out.

Despite receiving an email confirming my order shipped on Jan 11 with an estimated delivery of Jan 17, it didn't actually ship until Jan 16. This misleading information is unacceptable. When I reached out to customer support, instead of addressing the issue, they shifted the blame onto me. This lack of accountability and transparency is disappointing. Customers deserve accurate information and honest communication. It's concerning that a company would resort to such tactics, eroding trust and loyalty. Moving forward, I hope they prioritize transparency and integrity in their dealings with customers.

Customer service acknowledged the mistake but required a two-day process for refund requests. The discrepancy between the estimated and actual refunds added to the dissatisfaction. The provision of two free shipping return labels felt misleading, as I ended up being charged for both in the refunds.
