I placed an online order for in-store pickup
I placed an online order for in-store pickup, which I cancelled within the 30-minute window. I paid using Afterpay, but it's been 9 business days since I cancelled, and I still haven't received my refund. Customer service keeps saying it can take up to 10 business days, but I am not sure it will happen within that time. It seems like there is some confusion about how Afterpay works on their end. I contacted Afterpay, but they are not helping, putting the responsibility on the merchant. Unfortunately, Aritzia doesn't seem eager to assist me either. It looks like I’m still expected to pay for an order I cancelled. At this point, it feels like they are taking my money, and I no longer trust them as a company.
