    I placed an online order for in-store pickup

    I placed an online order for in-store pickup, which I cancelled within the 30-minute window. I paid using Afterpay, but it's been 9 business days since I cancelled, and I still haven't received my refund. Customer service keeps saying it can take up to 10 business days, but I am not sure it will happen within that time. It seems like there is some confusion about how Afterpay works on their end. I contacted Afterpay, but they are not helping, putting the responsibility on the merchant. Unfortunately, Aritzia doesn't seem eager to assist me either. It looks like I’m still expected to pay for an order I cancelled. At this point, it feels like they are taking my money, and I no longer trust them as a company.

    Watch out for HMRC customs fees!!! I still haven’t got my items and found an email in my junk from customs saying I need to pay £87 to get my stuff released!!! Or they’ll be sent back or thrown away!! The Aritzia site says Aritzia UK, so I thought the items would ship from a UK location. I won’t be buying from Aritzia again; it's very misleading.

    There was no zero option, so I picked a 1-star rating instead. After my recent experience, it's clear others have had similar troubles. I bought pants in Vancouver B.C. but live in the US. They never told me returns weren’t possible from the US. Customer “no-help” said they’d extend the return time if I came back to Vancouver to return them. When I said traveling there would cost way more than the refund, she said, “Well, sometimes things don’t work out.” She sure was right. Now I’m stuck with pants I can’t wear, made of cheap fabric, still in the tiny bag with the receipt. She also said the tiny print on the receipt said no currency exchanges. I told her, “Really? You exchanged my money fast before…” I’ll dispute this with my credit card. The foreign return policy isn’t clear at all. If I knew, I wouldn’t have bought them. The seller knew I was from the US and should have told me. It’s so annoying to lose $175 US and get nothing back. No one to help fix it. They must keep millions from this rule. Goodbye Aritzia.

    I ordered some clothes to the UK with free delivery. The fit wasn’t right, so I returned them. Everything seemed fine until I was hit with a $45 return fee, which I wasn’t told about clearly before I bought it. This fee was hidden in small print on the website and should be more noticeable for customers. After agreeing to pay the return cost, I thought I was done with Aritzia’s crazy return fees. Then I got a letter from FedEx asking for £109 in taxes (about 50% of the item’s price), plus a strange letter from Hungary demanding roughly €2000 for ‘premium insoles’ and other items I didn’t order. I contacted customer service about the letter from FedEx, and neither they nor FedEx could figure out where it came from. I lost faith in both Aritzia and FedEx as companies. I won’t order from Aritzia again—this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a clothing company.

    I bought 4 Babaton Interlock Cotton Function T-Shirts from Aritzia. One got cancled because they didn’t have it, so I was charged $96 for the other 3. But when my box came, I only got one shirt and it wasn’t even the right one. Wrong color, wrong type, wrong code. I reached out to support right away, sent them all the pictures they asked for, and did everything they said. Still, they said I don’t get a refund and gave no reason, just that it doesn’t meet some “internal rules.” I even phoned in to try and fix it, but was told the team handling it isn’t reachable and it’s already shut. Now I’m out $96 with nothing to show for it. They won’t fix the mistake. It’s really upsetting to see this kind of care from a big company. I’ve been buying from Aritzia for years and spent so much money there. This whole thing makes me re-think that.

    I recently made an order and asked for a return

    I recently made an order and asked for a return for a few items almost two weeks ago. Up until now, they still haven't sent me the return shipping label, even though I have contacted them every day. No one responds if you email Aritizia Concierge, and the live chat is always unavailable. Calling their number isn't an option since I don't live in the US/Canada. Their customer service is just bad! No one ever replies to your emails, which is really silly.

    Take note of the reviews and heed them. Customs fees match the cost of the items. The customer service, while courteous, does not offer any discount or partial refund to help with this cost "fairly" - not worth it in the UK, I'm afraid! Quality is unknown as items haven't arrived yet :(
