This online store is great! Customer service is super nice. Returns are simple and free. They always have discounts. I got clothes, shoes, makeup, skincare. They sell lots of brands.

After a bit of going forward/backwards with the order, I'm happy to say that the missin' part of the hutch has now been identified and in the shippin' process. Here's hopin' it arrives, the correct item and therefore my past reviews of supportin' them will still stand.

I’ve been ordering from ASOS for 6 years now

I’ve been ordering from ASOS for 6 years now, with premier delivery for most of that time, but this will be my final year. ASOS sizes, even across their own brands, are so annoyingly all over the place. What makes it worse is the fact that I’m now paying for returns, which I do often – mainly because most of the clothes I order don’t fit, even though I stick to my usual size. That is, if they even have a size 20 in stock, which is hit or miss. I’m also just upset that Collusion, their own brand, which claims to be inclusive with gender neutral styles, usually stops at size 18.

The clothing is great but delivery is poor. It never arrives on time! I'm getting quite annoyed. Also, I signed up for next day delivery but my postcode isn’t eligible. Use Parcel Force or Royal Mail 24, please! They deliver next day regardless of your location! This last order, was supposed to arrive today after ordering on the weekend for an event! Evri shows At their Depot, we’ll update you when it’s out for delivery. IMPROVE ASOS! If you even care??

ASOS keeps sending my packages

ASOS keeps sending my packages with Evri, even though I've told them many times that Evri's service is really bad here. I won't shop here again. Tired of chasing lost deliveries. Not worth the hassle.
