I have to say, the service I got from this company was great...

I have to say, the service I got from this company was great... I bought a Superdry jacket on sale, but when it came from Spain, it had a stitching issue. I contacted customer service, sent them pictures and proof of the damage, and they gave me a full refund, including shipping costs, plus I got to keep the jacket for free! So happy... I was able to fix the jacket locally for a small price. Thanks DressInn x Marc x Northampton

I am very upset

I am very upset, after I ordered and they asked for a credit card bill, if this isn't a real gift reward, why do they have this kind of thing? This seems like a scam, likely to take our personal informaton.

Place my order in June and been getting the run around until I finally canceled my order and requested a refund that's when they decided to have it shipped ... I no longer want this item and I can't get a refund. Customer service is of no help as they reply 24-48 hours afterwards with no resolution at all and their direct phone number doesn't even work and you cannot get in touch with them. The referral program is trash my withdrawals have been processing and I only received 1 that was last requested on July 19th and that was it. Now they are saying that each person has to verify billing details before I can get my money when that wasn't even apart of the policy to begin with like why would I trust you with my personal information when I cant even get my package and i can't speak to anyoneto fix my issues?

Dressing is one of my go-to shops! They have some really nice clothes. I found them through a referral program. I made my first order, and that same day a friend of mine signed up using my link and placed a order. I got my rewards to my wallet. You can choose to cash out your reward ($) to PayPal or bank account. My friend also got a reward to their wallet just for placing a order. I've bought more clothes since my first order. I'm hooked on Dressing. Definitely recommend. Plus, customer service gets back to you fast.

Shout out to those who attempt to cheat apps like this and then want to complain about the company when they get busted. It’s ridiculous. In MY case, the only problem I’ve faced is the delay in cashing out my bonuses. I hear they’re working on that, too. If you're looking for a dependable referral program, this one stands out. I'm not affiliated with them, just sharing my own views and experiences. Don’t listen to the complaints from unhappy crooks who got caught and want to cry about it lol.
