I bought 2 dresses, both in XL, and they were pretty big. The size chart suggested a Medium for me, but usually, online orders run small. I’m usually a size 14. I took in one of the dresses at the bust and it looked better after that. I ordered in early February for a late March wedding, and my order arrived just 3 days before the wedding, so I didn't have time to return and get a smaller size. I really like the styles and quality, so next time I will get a smaller size and order much earlier for delivery.

I ordered four items for about £96. Afterward, I saw some reviews! Got worried... But, the 4 items showed up in 10 days, just like they promised. The sizing was right, according to my wife, and all 4 items looked just like in the pictures. No problems at all.

I messaged them to get a return label cause you can’t send anything back without letting them know first. The curvedream customer service was realy nice and helped me with the return.

It took around 12 days for my order to arrive. The shirts look nothing like the ones shown on the website. They're bulky, boxy, and not nice at all. Way too big, and the fabric feels bad. Without the plastic wrap, the quality looks poor, and they are way too large for what you pay. I spent a couple of days trying to get a return address. When I asked curvedream customer service for help with the return, they finally gave me the information.

My order came in about 2 weeks, but the items were mostly too small or too big, and the quality was not good. Even though I ordered my usual size, the clothes didn’t fit well. The materials were poorly made, and the prices were too high for what I got. I tried contacting them for days to get the return address, but when I finally reached out for help, curvedream customer service assisted me with the return.

I sent 2 emails asking for 'return authorization' as instructed, and waited for a week before I got a response with a $21 offer instead of a refund, and no instructions on how to return the items if I didn't accept their buyout. I am still waiting for a second response.

The only reason I gave this company one star

The only reason I gave this company one star is because their email reply was okay. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I paid for fast shipping that was supposed to take 3 to 5 days but got my order after two weeks and missed my event. The product quality was poor and it wasn’t close to the size they said.

The others were either way too big or way too small. I'm trying to return them and get my refund, but I have a sense it will take a while.

The clothes shown on their site look very diffrent from what you actualy get. Watch out for how they do returns! They give you 3 choises: full refund as a Curvedreams gift card, 30% back to your card, or no refund at all (if you used a credit card). I would not shop here again!!!

Worse purchase experience ever

If I could give this company less than one star, I would. My dress took a long time to arrive. When it came, it was in a similar but different print. The material was not cotton but cheap scratchy thin material. The sleeves weren't three quarter, as shown, but quite short. The tucks didn't extend down the bodice, but disappeared at the bust, giving the dress a dumpy potato sack appearance. The sewing was careless (tucks didn't match each other, for example, and weren't tied off, and the buttons weren't close to being aligned. One button didn't fit the loop). I realize now what is happening here. This company lifts photos from other clothing sites, chops off the heads for their online presentation, and offers a cheap knockoff with cheap materials and sloppy labor. After reading about their customer service, I'm not even going to try for a return. Avoid!!!

I am really upset with this company!

I am really upset with this company! They won’t reply to my refund request and refuse to give me an address to send back items that don’t match the pictures in their ad. Also, some items I ordered never showed up. Communication is super poor with them. I can’t get anyone on the phone to help with returns. They don’t care to assist you. If they do get back to you, they try to offer a small amount, like $14.00, to make me go away! They owe me $128, but refuse to refund me. I ordered two tops in late November and again in January 2025. So now I have four tops that look nothing like what was advertised! They are so ugly!

This time I picked an item that turned out not even to be in stock, and my card still got hit. Plus, a shirt I didn’t even ask for showed up here and I dont want it. I’m trying to send all this back fast or I’ll have to take it further. I’m finished with this kind of untrustfull service.

You'll receive 3 options: A gift card to Curvedreams with a full refund, 30% of your purchase will be refunded to your credit card, or NOTHING (saying you purchased your order with a credit card). Stay away from this company at all costs!!!

It took 5 weeks for my order to get here. The clothes were almost see-through, wrong sizes, and the pants didn’t even have hems. I should have looked into this company before buying. Now they want me to return stuff by giving me gift cards. I won’t be buying from them ever again.
