I ordered a hoodie, but it had a few issues when it arrived. However, the customer service at crowdmade was fast to react and sent me a new hoodie right away. There were no problems with shipping to the EU, and I really appreciated the prompt and friendly service from Julio! Overall, it was a good experience!

I bought something and I'm very happy. My post office got my address wrong, so I thought my package was stolen. Crowdmade's customer service, Julio, was very quick and helped me find my package in a few days. I'll shop at Crowdmade again.

This seller consistently offers high-quality products. This time, though, the tee seemed a bit smaller than the others I've bought from them. Still, the customer support was outstanding. They were very responsive and the communication was quick and clear. Overall, I'm quite pleased with how things turned out.

I placed an order with Crowdmade, which was being shipped from the US to the UK
I placed an order with Crowdmade, which was being shipped from the US to the UK. Unfortunately, the tracking information indicated that the item reached Germany before being returned to the sender. Despite this, Crowdmade only refunded the cost of the product itself, not the shipping expenses. This has left me out of pocket through no fault of my own. The customer service I received was poor and not particularly helpful. Given this experience, I am hesitant to purchase from them again.
