Zolucky delivered my order as promised. Sadly, the items were a poor fit. I encountered some trouble with returning them, but their customer support helped me, and I quickly got an email with a return label.

I got three pairs of "ankle length"

I got three pairs of "ankle length" pants from this company. They fit alright, but two of them turned out to be capris, and one was about 10 cm longer than it should be for ankle length. Seriously, they would only be ankle length if I was as tall as 135 cm. I'm not planning on buying clothes from them again. At least they weren't too expensive.

My experience with Zolucky

My experience with Zolucky has been quite disappointing. The high boots I purchased were of subpar quality, with visible glue marks all over, especially where the sole is attached to the boot. Additionally, the booties I received were in two different sizes, which is a clear oversight in quality control. To add to the frustration, the shirts I ordered in a size small turned out to fit more like a medium, deviating significantly from the expected sizing. What's even more disheartening is that none of the items matched their representations on the website, leaving me feeling misled. The return process has proven to be another challenge, as I discarded the original bag, and now, according to the return policy, it seems impossible to return the items without it. This lack of flexibility in their return policy adds another layer of disappointment to an already unsatisfactory shopping experience. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Zolucky based on my experience. The discrepancies in product quality, sizing, and the challenging return process make it clear that there are better alternatives out there for online shopping.

MAJOR SCAM ALERT – STAY AWAY FROM ZOLUCKY! AVOID ZOLUCKY AT ALL COSTS! Absolutely horrendous quality of products – it's like they're intentionally selling garbage. The so-called "free shipping" lure quickly transforms into a whopping $38+ deduction from your refund once you attempt to return Zolucky's subpar merchandise. Zolucky's idea of resolving your return is generously offering a measly 50% discount if you agree to keep their sorry excuse for products. Opting for the discount might seem like a way out, but trust me, it's still more cost-effective to settle for the discount and attempt to pawn off their junk as gifts. The catch? Nobody in their right mind wants this trash. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Zolucky – your wallet and sanity will thank you later.

Since trying to order a dress from Zolucky, I have been given tracking information that led no where. I got a text from USPS saying shipping information is missing, so, I tried to respond. Big mistake, trusted it when it said 75 cents was required, got my credit card hacked. Good thing I had monitoring on it and could shut it down ASAP. When trying to get Zolucky to respond without telling them about the 75 cents, they responded "Normally the shipping carrier won't charge extra fee when delivering. That must be a scam" So, how did they know about the charge, can they spy on me now??? Never got the dress and no help from them, just the same e-mail to track it that led to my hack. Even got another text from USPS.

The products from this company are really not up to par. I got three items, and honestly, one of them went straight into the trash. The other two I washed and I'll give them a try, but the material feels cheap, like low-quality polyester. Also, the size charts don't seem right to me. I usually wear a 46 DDD bra, so I ordered XL, but everything turned out way too big. I'll see if I can make do with the two items left, or else they'll just end up in my donation pile.

Avoid sharing your email address with this company at all costs! The relentless barrage of spam messages is absolutely infuriating. Despite repeatedly requesting to be removed from their distribution lists, they seem to completely ignore any instructions. It's beyond annoying and incredibly frustrating!
