    I meltted the zipper on my jacket, so I sent it to them to be repaired. They fixed it for free and shipped it back to me within a few days. Very happy with the customer service that I got here.

    Received the wrong size; I ordered medium but got large. After 8 months, three of my shirts started sagging, especially around the collar. They have a bunch of rules for returns, and you need to wait for another team to inspect them. When you pay this much, the fabric shouldn't wear out so soon. Look elsewhere and avoid ordering this on Amazon.

    I walked into Carheart in Greensboro, NC to buy some boots. I found a boot I liked, but the employees were giggling and on their phones instead of helping me. When I asked for help, they just looked up and then back at their phones.

    Bought a set of Carhartt "work" boots

    Bought a set of Carhartt "work" boots, and the soles came apart from the leather top in under two months. Having used Carhartt for over twenty years, I trusted the brand enough to not keep my receipt. Worst $200 blunder I’ve ever made. I won’t be buying any Carhartt items for myself or my family again.
