STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible service, bad quality dresses, save your cash for Sezane or another place. I spent nearly 900 francs on three dresses, all of which are in terrible shape. Poorly made, the dresses came in a plastic bag, crumpled and full of wrinkles. One dress had makeup stains on it, with unfinished seams and a hole on the side! I reached out to customer service right away, but it took them forever to respond and send a return label. Since DHL isn’t nearby, I used a different service and had to pay 25 FRANCS for returning the DAMAGED ITEMS. They aren’t giving me a refund. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. I sent the items the week of 20th July, let's see how long until they refund me!

As a let down new customer, I believe no star would be more fitting. I tried to ask about stock to make a purchase. There is no customer service. Stores don't pick up calls, mailboxes are always full so messages can't be left for a return call. I haven’t gotten any email replies. Based on other customer stories with online orders, I wouldn’t take a chance with placing an order. Why aren’t these problems fixed by a ‘trendy’ fashion company?

I don't get why some reviews are so bad! I've always liked shopping at Ref and have had a good time with their customer service team. Had some order troubles, but they were sorted out fast and I felt really well looked after. 10/10 for me. Also love the qualty, style, and comfort of the clothes!
