Absolutely delighted with my

Absolutely delighted with my Ever Pretty experience, first time shopping with them. I loved their selection of dresses on the website and the ease of searching, selecting favourites, narrowing down my choices, etc. So many lovely styles and colours to choose from. The sizing guide was extremely helpful as my own UK dress size differs from my chosen styles, but I was able to work out which size to buy. I am a chronic waverer and take a long time to decide what to order, and ended up sending both dresses back - through no fault of the dress, just they weren't right for me or the occasion. I returned each one individualy as I was again undecided. Each time the customer service was excellent. The second dress return was actually an exchange for another style of dress, which has arrived today and I am delighted to say I am going to keep this one. The tracking was good to keep track of when my order arrived in the UK, got to the local delivery office, etc. Delivery was one week, so not bad at all.

I had a fantastic experience with ever-pretty.com! Although I didn't end up keeping the items I ordered because of the wedding theme, I must say they all fit perfectly. The customer service was truly top-notch from start to finish. Their communication was spot on, and I felt supported throughout the entire process. I go to a big party every year. It's hard to find good dresses online. I bought 5 dresses, paid with afterpay. I only wanted one dress. I chose it, sent the rest back, and emailed about the return. I took a photo for proof. After 1 day, I got refunded from afterpay and my bank. They were nice to work with! I'll shop here again! Thanks Ever-pretty for easy returns and good dresses!

I bought 2 dresses, but the bride changed her mind so I sent them back. They fit well (I'm plus-size so it's hard to find good fits). The return process was easy to understand. 4 stars because I was slightly disappointed with how long it took to handle the refund. The post office messed up the postcode, which delayed the process. The quality of the products is good, and I really like the dresses on the site. However, the refund policy is a bit strict – customers have to cover the return shipping costs and pay a 5% restocking fee. This might stop me from purchasing again. Thanks

Everything is going well so far. My order came in fairly quickly. I bought various dress styles since I'm not really into dresses, but with a wedding coming up, I decided to try them. The dresses were lovely and well-made. I sent back 3 out of 4 dresses and swapped one for a smaller size. I've just sent the returns and I'm waiting for the new dress. All the communication has been prompt and easy.

The sizing is not correct compared to regular

The sizing is not correct compared to regular sizes and the return process is very hard and costly. They do not offer return labels or pay for return shipping. On top of that, they take a re-stocking fee (at least 10%) if you return more than one dress.

Waited for refund almost month after returning items. Despite emailing, heard nothing! Wouldn't buy again. This was through Debenhams, expected better.

Dresses do not resemble the pictures at all. They arrived with stains and the fabric is really bad quality. After some back and forth about getting my money back, they said they would refund the shipping cost and not charge me a restocking fee. I got a refund today, but they have taken my money for the restocking fee, and I still haven't gotten my PayPal shipping refund. I will let you know if I get my money back; if not, I will be telling trading standards about them.

In my view, the company's dresses appear cheap and of poor quality. Since they lack physical stores, I had to order online. However, I found the return process inconvenient as I had to pay for it myself instead of using prepaid labels. Additionally, I was surprised by the restocking fee, which I wasn't informed about beforehand. Overall, my experience with this company has been disappointing, especially considering the £40 I spent without receiving a dress.

I can't reach anyone by phone, chat, or email to check on my returned dresses. It's been 11 days, and there's still no update on getting my money back (almost £200!). I just need my refund! I have the postage receipt. I sent something back to a different company on the same day, and they refunded me in 3 days.
