too big size
I ordered a dress thinking my usual size would fit, but it turned out way too big. Trying to return it was such a hassle! They actually make you measure the dress yourself and send them the details before they'll even think about a return. Plus, they charge a fee to send stuff back. Honestly, the whole process stressed me out and cost more than it should have. I don't think I'll be buying from them again. It's just not worth the trouble.

Scam!!!
Got a dress for a wedding coming up, and honestly, the postage cost was ridiculous. Paid nearly £15 just to try it on! The dress itself was okay, but I can't get over how much they charged just to ship it. It's like they're punishing you for wanting to try their stuff. I was pretty excited about it, but that fee really put a damper on things. Definitely not ordering from them again.

I've been dealing with this
I've been dealing with this company since the start of the year, trying to resolve an issue, but haven't heard back. Frustrating, to say the least. I even did an interview review for them and was promised a complimentary dress. Months later, still nothing. It’s disappointing. They don't seem reliable and definitely lack integrity. Wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.

I ordered a dress from a UK website and paid £18 extra for fast delivery. Thought it would come quick since it's from the UK, but it took almost two weeks. When it finally showed up, it had stains all over it. Spent £70 on this dress and now it's just a waste. Not happy at all with the service and the condition of the item. Feels like I threw my money away.

I ordered two dresses from this site and it was a disaster. Returning them cost me £9, and when they finally processed my refund, they deducted £15 as an order charge. So, I'm out £24 for dresses I don't even have. Not using this site again.
