I have mixed feelings about Bloom Chic.

I have mixed feelings about Bloom Chic. I try to avoid supporting a Chinese fast fashion brand because of the issues surrounding it, but it’s tough to find affordable and stylish plus-size clothes. The styles are nice and actually cater to plus-size shapes instead of just enlarging regular sizes. There’s enough space for busts, bellies, and arms. True, the prices are low. The usual material is a lightweight polyester with a shiny look. I prefer dresses that are easy to wash, but if you don't like polyester, it might not work for you. They've added some new fabrics lately, so check the material details and fit notes for stretch to get an idea of what you're purchasing. The reviews on the site are genuine and useful. Sometimes you need to snip loose threads or adjust buttons, but remember, it's just a whole dress for $28. Adjust your expectations. The ordering process is easy, but the shipping time can be slow compared to Amazon. My packages usually arrive in about 10-18 days. If you have a back-ordered item, your entire order will be held, but they mark those clearly on the site. Returns are simple and free. It can take some time to find the return section, but once there, just enter your order number, and your order details will show up. Select what to return, print the label, and package it. Drop it at the post office, and your refund process begins when they scan the label. I usually buy dresses since online pants can be hit or miss, and I can get tops nearby. However, finding stylish, budget-friendly dresses is challenging, and BC’s are not perfect, but they look nice and fit well. Plus, they all have pockets. I get a lot of compliments on the ones I keep, and the ones that don’t fit go back without hassle. Their customer service is helpful too.

Came accross this company on Facebook, wasn't sure at first, but had a good experience. Ordered a jumpsuit and ended up getting 4 in different colors. Sizing worked well, I'm usualy a 20-22, got the 22/24 and it fits just right. Legs are a bit long since I'm 5ft 2ins, but the elastic bottoms help a lot. The fabric is soft and stretchy, also got the lounging trousers. This was my second order and I’d order again, would recomend. Delivery could be quicker, but items come nicely packed. They use Evri, which works well for me since my local courier is great.

I was nervous about buying from this company because it’s in Germany. But I didn’t need to be as the service was great from beginning to end. The drive belt I wanted cost a lot less here compared to other places, and after taxes and shipping, it was still £30 cheaper than at autodoc.com. I placed the order on 25/07, and DHL delivered it on 29/07. Great service from Trodo. I’ll surely use them again since they offer a wide range of products and many items are much cheaper than in the UK. I strongly suggest this company for your next buys.

I love everything about Bloomchic. Finally a company that recognizes the plus size community! An does so with beautifully well made clothes for great prices. I have loved all of my purchases. You will not be disappointed. They have an outfit for every occasion. The shipping time varies, I usually get my order within 7 business days, but like they say "all good things come to those who wait" 😁 but seriously all jokes aside, I LOVE Bloomchic and I will forever be a loyal customer

My order arrived surprisingly swiftly within 2 weeks, surpassing my expectations. The dresses are not only exquisite but also crafted from a lovely, lightweight fabric that isn't transparent. I felt a bit unsure about buying tops at first, but like someone said before, their designs are really cool, so I gave it a try; the first three I got were nice so I bought a swimsuit next; that was good too so I just made my third order for 3 different style tops; check the reviews carefully to pick your size…that helped me a lot; (two I ordered a size bigger and the others fit just right); shipping takes a little longer but it’s not too bad;

This company makes online shopping quite simple. I purchased three different items; I’m keeping one that I really liked. The other two were nice, but they weren’t quite right for me. Returning them was a piece of cake. They cover the shipping costs, and I got my refund as soon as I dropped off the package at the post office. If I could rate them 6 out of 5, I would.

I made my first order from this company. It took longer than I thought for the package to get here, but the presentation was quite nice. The shirts were made well and used good fabric. Everything matched the descriptions. I liked them, but some were a little too big, even when I checked their sizing charts. I would for sure buy from this company again.

I am enjoying the clothes, this is not my first order, and it won't be my last. So far, I have only ordered items of nice quality and have had no problems with shrinking or anything. The website is easy to use, and they have included a wishlist which I really like. I am looking forward to getting today's order.

Ordering and shipping was good. I think I bought 4 dresses. I'm 5'7" which is average height in North America. I like the material and color choices. My issue is that I'm long-waisted. The elastic in many of the dresses is too high for me. Will there be a different option later on?

I absolutely love that Bloomchic provides measurements for each size when I click on them. It's super helpful for picking the right fit. However, I find the website a bit frustrating in terms of user-friendliness. After viewing an item individually, it doesn't always return me to the item I was browsing. I end up scrolling and scrolling, trying to find my way back, which wastes a lot of my time. It's a bit annoying, and sometimes I even leave the site because of this issue. I hope they can improve this for a better shopping experience.

I bought 5 items over the past months. Each item matched the online photos. The clothing is light, comfy, and nice. Sale prices are amazing. I got a dress for under $20, which is a great deal in today's economy. The only issue was trying to buy a pair of pants on sale for $12.50 but always got the regular price in my cart. I tried to get help but didn't get much assistance. Everything else I ordered, including accessories, is great. I'd shop there every day if I had the money!!

Really happy with what I got from my order. The cost was fair, the stuff was good for everyday wear, and I liked how they packed everything nicely with a thank you note inside. Every piece was wraped on it's own but still came together in one box. I for sure plan to buy again. All in all, a nice mix of Spring outfits, good quality things and friendly folks. I am certanly coming back to grab more cool pieces from Studio at waterfront. Big recomendation.

I bought a bunch of dresses. But I got two of the same by mistake. I used a coupon for 20% off. BloomChic's customer service isn't giving me the full refund for the extra dress. They only refunded me a small part of what it's worth. When I asked them to check and correct their mistake, they were really rude. They said they're keeping my money and signed it as "Monki". I want a complete refund.

I really liked the 3 items I purchased. They fit well, are good quality, and the price was fair. The only downside is I didn't realize they were a US-based company, so it took a bit longer than I anticipated to get my order – I'm just so used to fast Amazon shipping!! Overall, the clothes were just right for my UK 26/28 curvy body, so I will definitely shop here again.

I first wrote a review saying I ordered clothes on the 4th of February and hadn’t got them by the 28th, but I made a mistke and it was really the 16th of February. Got them on the 1st of March, and even tho it took a while, it was worth it. Got 3 nice dresses with good quality.
