I recently went to Belks in Sevierville TN. A salesman named Deon was very kind in the shoe department. He went out of his way to search the back storeroom for the shoes I wanted in my size. He didn’t need to offer to look more, he could’ve just said we don’t have it. But he did more to help me. He is a great asset to this store and his family. I bought 2 pairs of shoes. Thank you Deon. I wanted Belks to know this young man is worth his weight in gold! I’m not sure if he works on commission or not, but he is a great employee!!

Bought some boots and got them in 3 days, and I’m very happy with my purchase. This is my 2nd time buying from Belk and I definitely recommend them.

Belk has a 30-day return policy for a full refund with a receipt. If it’s past 30 days, and you have the receipt, they won’t give you store credit. My mom had some pants that were over the return time, but all tags were still on and they had the same pants on the rack for the same price. Even with the receipt, they said they wouldn’t take it back, but they would only offer $5.00 instead of the original price of $29.50, even though we showed proof of purchase. This is unfair. Signed, dissapointed and lost customer.

I purchased two pairs of shorts and paid for shipping. Unfortunately, both pairs were wrong and couldn't be worn. It was Belk's mistake for sending the wrong items. I drove 45 minutes to return them to the store, and while I got my refund without issue, they REFUSED to refund the shipping, even though they acknowledged sending the wrong items. They advised me to contact customer service, but they also denied the shipping refund. I won't shop there again and will share my experience with everyone I know, leaving reviews on all platforms. This is unfair.

Today I went to the Belk store in Mooresville

Today I went to the Belk store in Mooresville, and once again, the staff completely ignored me when I needed help. For the first time in ages, someone asked if I needed assistance. It kind of caught me off guard. I think her name was Nikeila, and she seemed new. Mooresville's Belk store is just not a good place to shop. They seem to only help certain people. The staff here are rude and really need to learn how to treat all customers equally.
