I ordered a lot on April 1st. Got them on April 17th. All met what I wanted! Material was comfy. I'm XXL, all fit, even pants! Happy for new work clothes!

I bought a bunch of dresses.

I bought a bunch of dresses. But I got two of the same by mistake. I used a coupon for 20% off. BloomChic's customer service isn't giving me the full refund for the extra dress. They only refunded me a small part of what it's worth. When I asked them to check and correct their mistake, they were really rude. They said they're keeping my money and signed it as "Monki". I want a complete refund.

After patiently anticipating my order for several years, I finally decided to give this company a chance. Unfortunately, my excitement turned into disappointment when I received a delivery notification after 10 days. Despite understanding the international shipping delay from China, my package never arrived. While I can't assess the quality of the clothing, I appreciate the prompt response from customer service in addressing my concerns. However, the mystery surrounding my undelivered package leaves me waiting with uncertainty.

shipping's dragging its feet, and to top it off, the bag waltzed in torn and the interior bags partied open at the zipper. It's like déjà vu – think this might've happened before 'cause they taped it up like a mummy. Slow shipping and torn bags? Not the best dance partners. Hoping they step up their game next time.

Oh no, that's a major bummer! Ordered two hoodies with "NOPE NOT TODAY," and they showed up with annoying black spots on the white part? That's a mood killer for sure. Losing money on stuff that's not up to snuff is never fun. Have you tried reaching out to them about a replacement? Hopefully, they can sort this mess out for you! Fingers crossed for a quick fix.

Zero stars. Placed an order on July 5, 2023, and have yet to receive anything. The tracking information claims it was delivered twice and signed for, but there is no proof of the signature, conveniently lost. Despite numerous excuses, there has been no refund. I've escalated the matter to Tesco Bank's fraud team.

I love everything about Bloomchic. Finally a company that recognizes the plus size community! An does so with beautifully well made clothes for great prices. I have loved all of my purchases. You will not be disappointed. They have an outfit for every occasion. The shipping time varies, I usually get my order within 7 business days, but like they say "all good things come to those who wait" 😁 but seriously all jokes aside, I LOVE Bloomchic and I will forever be a loyal customer

I absolutely love that Bloomchic provides measurements for each size when I click on them. It's super helpful for picking the right fit. However, I find the website a bit frustrating in terms of user-friendliness. After viewing an item individually, it doesn't always return me to the item I was browsing. I end up scrolling and scrolling, trying to find my way back, which wastes a lot of my time. It's a bit annoying, and sometimes I even leave the site because of this issue. I hope they can improve this for a better shopping experience.
